My amazing wedding coordinator also called them the day of the wedding, and reminded them that we were coming, so we had a sort of “soft reservation.†They had two giant tables waiting for us in the back when we arrived. My best advice to any brides looking to book for your welcome dinners – let your coordinator handle it. I really tried to do it on my own, but so many of the restaurants there don’t have strong English speaking staff, and they don’t know how to “work the system†to get you the good deals or special service. I really do hope that all works out for you. Have you tried calling? I'm having the same issue, but with another resort. I haven't heard back from them in months and they haven't taken out the deposit out of my credit card. The WC guaranteed me the date, so all my guest already booked their stay there... So I'm getting a bit nervous because I haven't heard from them. I'm calling tomorrow. Keep us posted on your issue.

We have three. This one we are using on the towels we ordered and OOT bags. We wanted to add a personal touch yet allowing our guest to still use these items after the wedding. This one we are using for our shot glasses, pre-travel brochure, welcome brochure, etc.. This one we are going to use for favors labels, thank you notes and any other items after we are officially married Hope this helps... Happy planning! ~Susana
