Well the ring is gone but the situation in no where close to being resolved. I hurt his feelings deeply which has cause an imbalance in the relationship. The engagement or life commitment has gotten lost withint all the "discussions" about the RING. The deal is that one saw one ring a few month ago and he went and had it custom made. There were a few details that were different but it looked pretty close to the one we saw. I mentioned the details and it has been down hill ever since. I now wonder if the mention was really worth it and since he had pur so much time, energy and money into (considering my proposal was something out of a fairy tale. Well this has been ongoing for a few weeks, but now...I just want my old ring back.

No sure if this is the appropriate place for this question but, I was wondering if there was anyone out that traded the enagagement ring for something a little different? It could be bigger, smaller, different shape, color or whatever. Is there anything wrong with getting exactly what you want within reason, or does the gesture and the proposal far outweigh the actual ring given? Thanks in advance

Hello All, I know I'm a little late but Cabo Azul is a beautiful location for a wedding. While on a canopy tour in Cabo we heard such rave reviews about the resort and the to-die-for chapel (Corazon). Words cannot do the chapel justice and my fiance was speechless. Upon my return home, I got right on it and I must say Sergio and his team were on top of everything and responded very quickly. For the previous post, I do have the price list and details for the special occassion.

Hello and greetings to all! It is a blessing to have found such wonderful and informative site and community as BDW. I have been engagement for 1 month and 2 weeks. My tentative wedding date is April or August 2010 at Cabo Azul. I am at the very beginning stage so any ideas/suggestions are greatly appreciated. I recently vacationed in San Jose and was able to visit Cabo Azul and fell in love with the idea of having my wedding there. But based on some of the reviews I have read on BDW, I am now also looking at Dreams and One & Only (just to start). So since I have a little time and have yet to place a deposit…I am still looking at other venues and open to location suggestions. Thank you all in advance
