  2. Well I had an odd cycle last month, only 25 days versus my normal 28. So I tried to tried to change my start date for that month, and it wouldnt let me. I had to start all over again. Does that make sense?
  3. I have been attempting to figure out Fertility freind for a little over a month. I have found the web site very non-user freindly. Has anyone had any better luch with a diffrent web site?
  4. Congrats on the girl Tami!! Margie and Tami, you both have very cute baby bumps.
  5. Congradulations nadine!! You looked amazing, and I am so happy that everything turned out so well.
  6. I have been doing Bikram for about six months and I LOVE it. Its a struggle for me to get there, just because its 90 minutes, and then I dont get home until 8:30 pm. I have also started training for a half marathon and I find that if I go to class after a particulary hard run for me I am not soar the next day.
  7. Danielle, look how cute your belly is. And I love the baby room colors. Are you having a boy? Im feeling out of the loop
  8. Andrea, Penelope is very cute. She had beautiful eyes!
  9. Amy, congrats!! I cant wait to see pictures Danielle, and Margie, you are so close. Are you willing to show baby bump pictures?
  10. Her stuff is really cute, and the prices are reasonable. My Guiness and Bailey might have some cute new collars in their future
  11. Erika, did you make your soup this weekend? Im going to make mine today. My body is deff ready for healthier eating plan after my new years festivites, that lasted for 4 days.
  12. LOW CALORIE SOUP 80 Calories per serving 2 cups carrots, thinly sliced 2 cups celery sliced 2 cups cabbage, sheredded 8 oz pkg frozen green beans 1 onion chopped 28 oz can diced tomatoes 3 envelopes dry low sodium beef flavored soup mix 3 tbsp worchestire sauce salt and pepper water to cover ** recipe says to add spinach if you want** cook on low for 5 hours, again this is a crock pot recipe, so if it wont fit in your crock pot use a regular pot. I havent made this recipe yet. So please let me know how it is if you make it
  13. I have two new soup recipes that I promissed I would post for Erika. here they are SOUP TO GET THIN ON 90 Calories per serving 3 48oz can chicken broth 2 medium onions chopped 5 celery ribs, chopped 5 parsnips chopped 1 head of cabbage, sheredded 4 bell peppers, chopped, any color will work 8 oz's mushrooms, chopped 10 oz pkg spinach 10 oz pkg frozen brocolli florrets 10 oz pkg cauliflower 2-3 pieces of chopped gingeroot 1 14oz can crushed tomatoes Salt and pepper to taste. This is actually a crock pot recipe, it says to cook on low for 6-8 hours. However when I made this recipe, there was so much that it wouldnt fit, so I put it in a big pot and let simmer until finished. You obviously dont have to follow this recipe exactly, I dont really like parsnips so I only used 1. Also this makes A LOT of soup, i freeze a lot of it and take it out as needed. I personally think this soup is really good, even my husband will eat it
  14. Thas how I do the diet when I do it too Erika, I cant do the weekends, thats to hard. Also I have a much better recipe that I will try to post. Good luck!
  15. I have been avoiding this thread and the whole Twilight thing for that matter. I am a HUGE reader, but I never had a desire to read any of the books or watch the movies. *Until* DH came home one night with the Twilight movie. I was like why in the hell did you rent that movie? Well we watched it and of course I fell in love with the movie. I went out immediatly and bought the first two books. I read all four books in a week and a half. I even called in sick to work one day so that I could read the third book. (shhh dont tell my boss) I love loved loved the books. I made DH take me to the Movie theaters to watch the second movie on christmas eve. I dont think that the movies do the books justice, but the books are so great I dont know how they could. Needless to say I feel like I am going through Twilight withdrawls. This is sad to say but Im almost a little depressed that the books ended. Anyways, I am team Edward all the way. But then I saw Jacob in the 2nd movie, and OMG I told DH that if Jacob ever decided that he wanted me for some reason, DH would just have to suck it up and let me go, lol! It looks like I have missed all the chatter on the books, which totally makes me sad, but its my own fault for avoiding the craze.
  16. Congrats Nadine!!! I am so happy for you.
  17. I think the beach will be fine, and will give your guests something they have never experienced before. Im not 100% positive on this, but I think that most of the beach dinners are done buffet style.
  18. For Mrs. I vote for Alyssa, the Moderator, I love how she calls it like she see's it. For B2B ~Stephanie~ , but Erika already nominated her
  19. Heavenly is without a doubt the best ski resort in Tahoe. However it is very large and might be hard to stay together as a group. I also like Sierra at Tahoe it will over you everything you are looking for as well, and is also a little cheaper. But if you are staying in South lake Heavenly is more conveinent. Let me know if you have any more questions.
  20. OMG that is the cutest christmas picture ever. Matt is so cute! Do you really think that you have the energy to have two babies right now? thats how I always thought that I would want to do it. Just have two and then be done with it. But it seems like a lot of work.

I'm trying to think of all my q's so I don't keep hijacking the wall. 1) about the bows, we're having our cocktail hour- then ceremony- then reception -- has anyone done that, and if so, do you think they'll be be able to take the bows from the ceremony fast enough to the reception or should we get double? You most likely will be taking photos after the ceremony. It is then that they will move all the bows, etc over to the reception site, there is plenty of time. 2) has anyone picked out their menus? Is it too late to pick it out once we've arrived? I had picked out my menues months before the wedding, and changed the whole menue (and everything else, lol) once we got there3) How long in advance should we tell Claudia what cake, centerpieces and bouquet we've picked out? I basically know what I want but is it too soon to tell her? You can tell her now or when you get there. As long as the bouquet isnt anything out of the ordinary they should be able to accomadate you once you get there 4) For receptions on the beach, has anyone done a light-up dance floor w/o a dj? Two of my guests (a husband and wife) are musicians so they'll be singing and performing...how big is the sound system, is it enough for wedding singers? (I don't even know if I'm making sense, but you get the gist right lol?) DJ Mannia can do the light up dance floor. And in my opinion he is the best DJ I have ever seen, hands down 5) Has anyone done the catamaran or like pirate ship dinner thing for guests? I don't want anything too expensive but I figure that'll be a cool rehearsal dinner or after wedding event (in Russian weddings, we do a 2nd day thing instead of a rehearsal usually). Also, if I do something like that, do I still need like big goodies for all the guests or are like fans or something like that enough? 6) I think in the package it says that we get like 15% off in the spa --can we use that for our bridesmaids hair do's--has anyone paid for their bridesmaid's hairdo's? Is there a point? Im not 100% sure on the discount. I did pay for my bridesmaids to get there hair done, and I am very glad they did, they loved it. I dont remember it being very expensive either. I also had them do my makeup, and i was very happy with it. I would however email and make a reservation at the salon a few months out, they do book up. 7) For people who have gone there... is there like some kind of deal if lots of guests want to go to a club outside of the resort? I remember when I was there it was like $40 per person...has anyone gone w/ a big group and had the price reduced to like just price of bottles or something like that (clubs here, if we buy bottles we don't have to pay an admission fee). well there are A LOT of places to go, think of it almost like a small vegas strip, you might be able to find a place like that. I hope that helps
  22. Nadine, great planning thread. You are more on the ball then you know!!! Your wedding is going to be amazing, congrats!
