Regarding your cousin - you have every right to be upset. Especially since you are going to her wedding. Only one person on my dad's side is going to our wedding, and only one on my real mom's side is going. I feel bad because hardly none of my family is going and ALL of FI's family is going. I felt the same way you do, but in the end you have to look at who IS coming. It is hard not to be mad at the others. Has she mentioned who was going to her wedding? Maybe in the end you'll be the only one going to her wedding and you may have an opportunity to flip the tables on her and be her only person at her wedding from her family who goes. It is SO hard not to be upset, hurt and feel bad about it. Are you guys having an AHR?

Wow girls - beautiful pics! We are doing teal with brown, cream and white accents. Our flowers will be white roses with orange callas. BM dresses - MOH dress is the same but more of a silvery aqua color MOH dress - sorry so small!

I KNOW! Waaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh! I bought the cups in the summer and got pink - and now can kick myself because my wedding colors are teal and now they have teal cups!!! HEY - maybe I can sell my cups that are already done and buy new ones On second thought I better not - FI would kill me.

Yeah - I may look at Joanne's and see if I can find a pretty fabric and just have my Stepmom sew me up some table runners. We can also use them at our AHR when we get back. I think I am going to give them to them on the Sunday before we leave. We are going to go to brunch and will be doing mani and pedi's afterwards, so I will probably give them to them at brunch. I am also making an OOT bag for my older sister who isn't able to make it. She is listed as an "Honorary Bridesmaid" on our program. It is too much stuff to take with us. I just went to the dollar store and found some pretty floral gift bags that were all different shades of teal/turquoise and am giving them their stuff in those. I am also going to give them their earrings and necklaces but not until the rehearsal dinner. I bought them each a starfish necklace. I am still trying to find earrings but haven't found anything. I was thinking of chancing it and waiting till we got to Mexico to buy their earrings.

I am looking for a template to make mini candy bar labels. I have looked around on here and couldn't find one, so I thought I'd ask for some help since you guys are great at finding stuff! I decided to do some mini candy bars for my AHR, but have you seen the price of custom labels? Since the labels get thrown away anyway I don't want to spend a ton of money. This is a total DIY project! I have a bridal party who loves to cut and glue so if anyone has a template or can find one for me I would appreciate it! THANKS! ~Celina

Thanks guys for all the well wishes for my son. He is doing better now and we are counting down the days till we can stop with the meds because they make my sweetie pie turn into a little monster! Thursday can't come fast enough! I cleaned the house all weekend. Put toys away, cleaned my kitchen chairs and decided to put a floor scrubber on my registry because I hate cleaning my kitchen floor! Last night I decided to take the ribbons off my program fans because they are going to get smashed in suitcases. We'll have to tie the ribbons on when we get there. I also tried to finish assembling the rest of the fans. I also started sorting wedding stuff. I put all the BM gifts in their gift bags and started tearing out pages from my bridal magazines to make sure I have included all of the stuff I need. I also think I am going to make some labels for mini candy bars for my AHR. I figure mini chocolate bars will be on sale for Halloween so it shouldn't cost a ton. Now I just have to find a template for the labels. I also am having second thoughts on my centerpieces. I think I need to add a little bit more on the tables. We were just going to do white roses, cala lillies and filler in a blumebox vase. Now I think we need to add a table runner or some candles because the tables are rectangular and there will just end up being one bunch of flowers on the table. SEATING - Steph, you asked about seating charts - I am SO DOWN for a seating chart! You don't want people to just sit anywhere. I had a bad experience with that once and don't want it to happen again.

I am printing out this thread so I can remember to check out some of these places! FI and I are Foodies and we have NO problems eating at some taco cart in a dark alley! LOL! Usually, we ask the locals where the best place is to eat and go with what they say! Someone recommended Pipi's when we were there last time and we never made it. This time we will make it for sure!

Wow Rachel, I too am sorry for this happening. I hope that you are in a happier and more content state of mind right now. OMG - you guys have been busy! Ill tell you where I've been injust a sec.... Steph - I hope you are feeling okay and everything went well with your injections. Tara - LOVe the earrings! How exciting! I got the pic for my OOT bag tie from Vistaprint. Jessica - Nice to have you back! Your daughter is gorgeous! Opice - You are kicking butt on the workouts! Keep it up and keep the rest of us slackers motivated! Well - on Tuesday I took my son into the doctor and it turned into a HUGE ordeal! He wasn't feeling well and was breathing really heavy and fast. After several hours in his doctors office, and 3 nebulizer treatments they sent us to the emergency room. He had another neb treatment and they gave him some chest xrays and figured out he has asthma. They admitted him and had him on oxygen and neb treatments every 4 hours. KIM I was at the hospital alone. FI was at home and Daughter was at school. I had no cell phone and the only call I gave to FI was when we checked into the ER. It was a lot to take in at once. Thank God FI's best friend and wife work at the hosp and were able to come down and check on us so they kept FI informed. One of my neighbors brought FI and daughter down. It was all so overwhelming. Now my poor little guy is on a steroid and the inhaler med makes him jittery and the steroid makes him moody. We have had our hands full! Imagine your worst 2 year old - whiney, bratty and muliply that times two. That's the kid we have on our hands. Fortunately he will only be on the meds till Thursday. He gets the nebulizer every 4 hours though. It has been a heck of a week to say the least! OH - to top it off - I got two parking tickets while at the hospital. I also ordered some clothes on line from Old Navy to wear in Mexico and UPS gave them to my crackhead/gangster neighbor and of course they said they didn't get a package. Old Navy is re-sending minus one of the tops because it is now out of stock. It's just the thought! UGH! Send some good vibes my way...we really need it! Gotta go! Dear UPS, Why in the F**K can't you get my address right? YOu delivered the last of the summer clothes I ordered for my honeymoon to the crackhead/gangsters that rent the house three doors down!!! I HAVE A CHEST SIZE OF DDD! It is like finding a needle in a haystack trying to find tops that cover my well endowed chest! So now I have to go knock on their door and ask them if they have my package. I only hope they haven't 1. Opened the package, 2. Opened the package and got my credit card number. Your job is to know addresses. You have managed to deliver LOTS of packages to my home - how can you screw up on this one?? Dear Crackhead/Gangster Neighbors, Please have my package. Please have my package and let it be unopened. I have had a really bad week and just want my clothes. Don't bother me, and I won't bother you. From your neighbor who just wants her clothes.

Steph - your makeup looks great! I need something for shiny skin! I swear, when I look in the mirror, my skin doesn't look shiny, but in photographs - I always have this huge shine on my forehead! I was going to go to the Mac Counter and have my makeup done. Since I have a darker complexion, I feel like I should wear a little more makeup to show up on photos. Right now I use tinted moisturizer from Proactiv. It has sunscreen in it so maybe that's why I always feel like my makeup doesn't stay. I need some serious make up help before the wedding!

Okay...I didn't show up empty handed today...here's some pics from my Friday night out and Saturday assembly party at my house. I'll apologize in advance for some of the blurs. Me and my best friend Erica (MOH) at the bar. This was 2 hours after being caught in a flash flood! My hair was a mess from getting out of the car twice in the rain! We had a good time! Here's my group! (front row) - daughter Jada in pink tank, BM Irene, (back row) Me in orange tank, BM Melissa and MOH Erica at the end. Here's our lunch...some of it! The salad got a little overmixed - oh well, it was still good! Here's my daughters flip flops. Her's are white because both of the kids are wearing white. Here's the back - I put an E on the back of both of ours as we are both changing our last names. It's kind of a symbolic thing for me and her. Here's my flip flops - mine are ivory to match my dress. The back of mine with the E on them. My tears of joy packets - sorry for the bad pic - it has our logo on it and says "For your tears of joy". Here's the huge tag for our OOT bags. I am going to tie them on the side of the bag where there is nothing embroidered. Aaaah...I just realized I don't have a pic of my OOT bags. I'll have to get you guys one. I thought they were too big, but everyone insisted I keep them. I ordered them from Vistaprint and thought they were smaller.

Thanks for posting the pics for us! I love those flowers in your hair they look so pretty! You guys look so happy! Your kids are adorable! I want to take your son and just smooch him! Your daughter is so cute - what a little ham!

Okay E, Your stuff looks great! I love the ornaments!! Esp since you are at the end of Nov - perfect timing and great idea! I am impressed that you are going to try that cake! I like it with the turq on the bottom. Kind of reminds me of the ocean with the white above it like clouds. The Bouts are fabulous! I think the darker one for FI is a great idea! The luggage tags came out cute too! Great job!!

Yeah, I like the LM makeup. The first one doesn't look like you have any makeup on at all. Steph, were you wearing LM makeup in your pics from your bach party? I want to look like I have SOME color - but not drag queen color! ha! Steph - With the cameras, I wonder if you could use my card and just mail it to your house?
