  3. meh, i'm a 3 weeks to a month kinda gal.. i try to do it more but i forget. oh well, at least it's just our germs, not anyone else's!
  4. i don't have specific ingredients because it's just a great cabinet cleaner. I pretty much change these up all the time depending on what i have lying around. Middle Eastern Stuffed Peppers red peppers, though any kind will do pre-cooked quinoa or cous cous pre-cooked lentils or substitute with garbanzos dried cranberries or golden raisins cinnamon, nutmeg and dried cloves feta cheese - in a large bowl mix your filling- quinoa/cous cous, beans, cranberries/raisins, spices - cut the tops off of each pepper and stuff! - i only bake them for about 15 minutes because i like them to still be crunchy, but the longer you bake them, the softer they are - top with feta delish!!!
  5. unless your rings are super tight or fused together, they will at some point spin. both my ering and band have pave halfway around and because the band doesn't have the weight of a large stone on it, it definitely spins.. i adjust quite a few times a day. i wish i would have splurged on the eternity band..... i say DO IT!!
  6. i'm not a total veggie, but i try to only eat 1-3 meat meals a week... my reasons aren't really because i'm an animal lover (although i do!)- i do it mostly because i like the idea of reducing my impact on the earth and because i certainly can't cough up the dough for organic meat and i don't like the idea of eating hormones.

  8. he's not dead, just filming the sequel for thriller!
  9. i think she's one of the biggest flakes on the planet, but good for her. she's making a nice life for herself.
  10. we don't even know ourselves how much we weigh! we don't own a scale. although both of us are still trying to lose a bit of post-wedding/newlywed flab (almost a year later, yikes). we will be ttc next summer, so as long as we lose it by then, we'll be happy!
  11. hey chicas, i'm back from the cruise which was faaaaaaaabulous. we spent most of our time in spain, which is our favorite place ever. i'll do a review soon- hopefully this weekend. but now it's the last week of school so i've been so busy with finals and grading and blah blah. and i start my summer job next week so no summer break for me, but moola is good. but congrats to the newly marrieds and kat's baby girl!!

I received the nicest letter from a freshman thanking me for pushing him and showing him how smart he could be because no one ever told him he was smart.. I cried!! I teach in a very blue collar, low income area of Philadelphia so of course, I get paid crappola, but that was the best reward ever!
  13. I went to Drexel (in Philly) and I had a lot of Fashion Merch friends.. I'll try and rattle off some places I remember them co-oping in... Anthropologie Urban Outiftters (in the old Philly Navy Yards) David's Bridal Joan Shepp (Walnut St.) Lilly Pulitzer Bloomingdale's Vera Wang Bridal DKNY Accessories I don't have any contacts or anything, so can't help there... but maybe these are some fresh ideas?

  15. we had a guest get a passport in one day! glad everything worked out.
  16. LOVE this show- don't know how I missed this thread! I've been watching it from the first season and I'm so dissappointed that this season's finale is coming up already. Natalie Dormer (Anne Bolyn) was really great so this season has been a little weird without her on it, but Joss Stone is doing pretty well! Everyone needs to catch up so we can talk about it!
  17. this is straight from the website: MAUI BABE BROWNING LOTION is NOT a stain or self tanner.Maui Babe Browning Lotion It accelerates the sun triggered tanning processes in your skin, eliminating long torturous hours cultivating your tan. AMAZING MAUI BABE BROWNING LOTION is safe for all skin types -- even the fairest and most sensitive. It can even be used with sunscreens, should you choose to do so. the reason i brought up an spf is because i burn before i tan. so i don't use this stuff until i already have a base tan because it doesn't offer the protection i need at first. if you tan immediately then don't worry about a sunscreen.
  18. it's a tan enhancer.. so you put it over your normal spf, if you use it. it's not a self-tanner and if you burn easily, this can make it worse because it's so oily.. porcelain skin will fry right up. i usually only use it after i have a base tan. hope that helps?

So any insider news on what's gonna be the team name? BTW Barcelona is scheduled to play Galaxy & Seatle in August, as their pre-season! I'm so looking forward to going to that game in Los Angeles... Take care and have a wonderful trip! Enjoy and take lots of pics The big announcement of the name, colors, etc officially comes out on Monday, but DH has already gotten to see everything and he can't keep a secret cause he' so dang excited so I don't feel bad about spilling the beans either... the team is the Philadelphia Union and the colors are navy and gold, with baby blue as the away color. We have the logo on our other computer, but it's round with the Don't Tread on Me snake in the middle. We like it! Yea I will definitely take lots of pictures.. there are rumors that Barca will set up a giant screen in the middle of Las Ramblas (the mian street in Barca) so that everyone can just pile in the streets and watch. It's going to be loco.
  21. awww i'm SO excited for you.. you're going to be stunning!
  22. so funny.. my dh is OBSESSED. philly is finally getting an mls team and dh has had a huge hand in garnering interest in the area. he's the vp of the philly supporter group. anyway, we have been freaking out over the champions league because we'll actually be IN barcelona during the final. even though it's in rome the city is going to be so much fun and we can't wait to watch the game with the locals! so yes, we're very happy barca won!
