I lost 1 pound, I am so bummed...but I know that it is better than nothing. I am working out hard and eating right, not sure what is going on. I am going to continue at it and won't give up. I really expected to lose a lot more, at least five pounds. Sigh.
I do feel a lot better and have more energy, so that is good news. Dont be bummed Yari... The second week is typically hard b/c you dont see the numbers like you do the first week. Keep it up, a pound is still awesome. Plus you feel better which goes to show your body is making changes for the better.... so keep it up, everything will pay off in the end!
