I lost a few pounds since my gain last week so I'm back to square 1. I plan to do some super cardio later tonight so I'm justifying the poppers.

Dont worried or be frustrated about being back at "day one" i think. I feel like I have been working out and doing somewhat good, and all I have been doing is gaining weight.
But one day at a time!!! We can do it!
