WOW - those pics came out so GREAT!!! You were right, you didn't need to hire a "professional" photographer. I love the close up of the two of you looking right at the camera with the rocks behind you. You eyes really pop and are so blue (and they match your braclet - LOL!!!) Also I like the one of you two sitting in the sand and water, against the rocks and you're head is turned around to kiss Doug - great shot!!!

When I did it the second time (January 200, I narrowed it down to just the few items I liked best, but had a hard time sticking to it. So I have a lot left over that I never used. Since losing weight is really all about the calories, I decided to just use the left over items as "fill in's" for when I want really low calories at a meal. For example, I'll have a Kashi cereal for breakfast, a banana for a snack, a Lean Cuisine Panini for lunch, a 100-calorie snack for my afternoon snack and then a Nutrisystem meal for dinner and then some other chocolate snack in the evening. I'm trying to stick to 1500 to 1700 calories a day and this helps me do it. This with exercise has been helping a lot. However, that piece of Red Velvet birthday cake that I had for breakfast this morning isn't helping me at all - LOL!!!

Thank you ladies!!!! (I'm so feeling the love & the crushes!!!) So far this has been a great b-day. Last night my family came over to celebrate with dinner and cake (we had a red velvet cake that was soooo freaking yummy!!!) And my niece Gretchen and nephew Jack were there (I just LOVE them soooo much.) Tonight we're going to the Mets game (hello, they're finally in 1st place.) And tomorrow we may head to Foxwoods casino in CT for the day. Food, family, the Mets and gambling - this is like the perfect b-day weekend for me. LOL!!!

Just booked our Thanksgiving tickets - I'm so excited!!
NYJen replied to Sandra E.'s topic in Random Thoughts
Sandra, what days are you going to be in NYC? I literally live 5 minutes from LGA. But Brendan and I have plans to go to Alabama to visit his best man for Thanksgiving. I hope there's at least one day when we're both in town at the same time so we can meet up. -

OOT bags,... too much?

Also, I gave out paper shopping bags at the end of the night at my wedding (for guests to carry all their goodies back to their rooms - paper fans from the ceremony, flip flops, pashimas, luggage tag name cards, etc) and I went to Zazzle custom t-shirts and more, create or shop for unique designs shipped in 24 hours to have stickers made with our logo on it and I put them on the bags. It was cute without being over done. -

OOT bags,... too much?
NYJen replied to pyxystyx's topic in Wedding Registry, Wedding Gift Bags, and OOT bags
I went to a wedding once out on long island where we needed to stay over night and the bride gave out "Welcome bags" but they were small paper shopping bags. Have you thought about that. I know they're not as cute as tote bags, but they'll still give the same message. Check this site out for inexpensive bags: Paper Mart Packaging Store -

LOL Or Brendan is worried about all these potential crushes so he stole you away from BDW. Thank you - I was starting to feel left out. LOL!!! Actually, my new job has been so busy that I haven't had much time for BDW (very bad, I know!!!) So now I try to sneak on whenever I can. I've missed you guys
