My FI sells Hair Shears and we are offering a local stylist a barter type situation and he is offering up a set of shears for my wedding day hair do. This will include a trial, my hair, my moms, and two MOH. What I am wondering is when should we start picking this person? He can start asking stylist who are interested in a shear but can't swing it just yet. I think it is a great offer but my stylist just bought shears so she isn't interested. We really can't afford to pay for my hair so this is the plan.

I have to say that some couples are pretty obvious about where their guests are staying so even the people who just walk by their rooms know their is a wedding party staying there. I encourage you all to not put signs on your hotel door announcing it is the the Bridal Suite or to hang anything on your door letting the average guest know that your guests are staying there. It is like advertising that people will be gone from their rooms for hours on end...why not just tack an invite up to the door.

I found this great software that is really helping me with my budget and with my guest lists. It gives you some great information and has reports you can print out. I can't encourage you enough to download the trial. I heard someone mention that they liked being told what to wear so they didn't have to guess. Took the thinking out of it. I would suggesting stating casual or dressy.

We saw this on the news last night and FH tried to turn it before I could see beacuse I am trying to find a job and have posted on CL. He didn't want me to freak out. I am meeting some people for an interview but in a public place.

So I found this great photographer whilst searching for someone to do my BD photos and also found out she does great engagement photos. So she did those and they turned out great! I have her all set to come out to my house in a few weeks to do my pin-up photos. I am not all that much into flashing my butt to the camera so we are going to work around that stuff. I went out yesterday bought a dress to wear it looks something like this but in Black with white dots. I am super excited. Here is her website Blank and Chris and I are in her engagement photos section in two of the pictures. One is in front of a Jewlery store.

Wow do you get a massage too for that price. We have a wonderful experienced photographer and she is a fraction of that. That is $700 an hour!

My sister was so bothered by hers (itchy) that she put it on right before they took it off. I actually made hers and she kept one and threw the crappy one I made. I am going to surprise Chris and get a Cubs one!

I am wondering how many tissue packets to make? We are inviting about 100 guests but I know the guys won't take them. We are going to have Chris' neices ( almost MY neices) be our ushers and hand them out so they won't be sitting on the chairs. I am wondering what percent of yours were left over after the ceremony? I am thinking of having about 60 packets but am getting a friend to make them and would hate for her work to be in vain. Help me!
