  2. I've been searching for aqua shoes, with no luck. I don't need a major heel though. Small wedge would be nice.

  7. Thanks for your input! I'll just stick to the fans and candy. I wasn't going to worry myself silly over this. I just didn't know how I would've gotten them their 'favor'. Problem solved! Thanks girls!
  8. I'm sure there aren't many of you dealing with guests that are only coming to the wedding. Since we are getting married in Florida there are a few guests that have family in the area (hour or 1 1/1 hours away) and will be staying with them for the week. I was not planning on doing favors during the reception since we are giving out OOT bags. What should I do with these few people? I don't feel like I should give them a whole bag of goodies that may night be as useful to them. There will fans out during the ceremony with our names on tags. Do you think that is enough? I have koozies that will be going in each of the bags, should I give them those as well? We will also be doing a candy buffet, my mom thinks that would be enough as a favor. Sorry for the rambling. Any ideas/thoughts are appreciated!!
  9. Does anyone have a poem that is going to be placed next your guestbook directing people to write something other then their name? I know I've seen one with Mr & Mrs at the end, but I can't find it. This is the other one I've seen. 11. Does anyone know of any websites that have cheap rental cars? I saw a commercial the other day for a car site, but can't remember the website. Also, does anyone have any online coupon codes for rental car companies? I would love to rent a convertable, but they seem to be so expensive so most likely a mid-size car. I'm looking for either 2 options. May 27th pick up at Tampa Airport (TPA) 9am May 28th drop off close to Clearwater Beach, FL 5pm or May 27th pick up at Tampa Airport (TPA) 9am June 2 drop off at Tampa Airport (TPA) 7pm
  12. I guess I need to sit down with my MOH to figure this all out...
  13. The melting pot prices are pretty much set. I think they start at $39.99 and includes a full 4 course meal. I believe that everyone chooses together what type of 'meal' they want. I've only gone there with one other person, so we just ordered the meal for 2. They might have a group rate, I'm not sure. The Melting Pot, Fondue, Fine Wines, Cheese Fondue, Chocolate Fondue, Fondue Parties, Girls Night Out, Dip, Chocolate, Cheese

The plus of having some form of transportation (party bus, limo, etc) is that we got to drink the whole way to the bar. It was about an hour trip for us too. We didn't have to buy a lot of drinks at the bar so immediately it kinda was worth the money for the bus. That's true, but I was thinking more casual of a time. Its just us girls and most of them are not up for just bar hopping. The bar isn't like a club bar its more of a chill type bar. I honestly don't even need the bar, but it would kind of be a boring night I'm sure if we just did dinner.
  15. I think the limo/bus idea is great, I just wasn't sure if it is a needed expense. I'm sure we can make the limo optional, but the prices usually depend on how many people fit in it.
  16. My bridal party is planning my bachlorette party for the first Saturday in May. We are planning on going to the Melting Pot and then to a bar afterwards. They were thinking about renting a limo/bus too, but they are expensive (not sure if its because they just are or prom season). I've never been to a bachlorette party. How much do people usually spend when they go out for these? Its looking like $50 for limo/bus, $50 for dinner, and then whatever at the bar. Is this too much for people to spend? The girls are thinking of cancelling out the limo, but I don't want people to drink and drive. Help!

UPDATE: I'm getting an archival quality pen from a craft store so the ink doesn't fade. Thanks Autumn for the tip Morgan~ Have you bought the pen yet? I was going to look at the craft store tonight to see if they carried them. I wasn't sure if there was a certain brand to use or not. Hopefully they will know what I am talking about...
