sarah back when i tried using a personal trainer she told me weight loss was 60% eating - 30% working out - 10% sleep. i know when i dont get enough sleep im so hungry!!! when i get done im gonna have my favorite boudoir photographer do some pics for me. her name is angelica glass. shes in nyc. shes awesome and ive referred a few gals from here to her. i cant wait.

i hear you about feeling hormonal. last night i sat on the sofa starving. but only because i was starting my period today. so i watched the biggest loser and wouldnt you know it they were cooking! i ate a bunch of raw carrots. but dont get me wrong, i have to go to newport beach for a model shoot today for a bridal salon and i totally plan on getting myself something at the coffee bean on the way up. but im going to count the points and go on with my life. i used to work for nutrisystem and lost a lot of weight with that program after i had my first son but this is so much easier. for me anyway at this time in my life. nows a good time for me to be doing this, before heading into the busy, busy time of the year. being busy and tired is the biggest healthy eating wrecker i know.

yeah im just doing the weight watchers online. im not going to meetings. i love it cause i can find points for everything online and enter then as i eat throughout the day. i can look up food for restaurants before i go out too. i even was out a lot with friends last week and one day ate 41 points. but you get those play around points every week.

just checking in and keeping myself honest! thanks for all the support here. hows everyone else doing another 10 lbs and i wont feel fat anymore. ive been really pleased with weight watchers.

yeah i am morgan. cause i like the bigger pics. i think they really make an impact. both sites are templates so i know there are tons of other photographers out there with the same sites. they new one is so image drive though i dont think it will matter.

good feedback everyone. i think i can live with 2-5 seconds per pic. i may take the gallery down to 30 and see if that helps too. 30 was the most i wanted in a gallery but i had a hard time narrowing these down more. i cant do more thumbnails per page cause the pic is taking up the entire thing. my site right now has more thumbnails per page. and the blogs not going anywhere so thats good!

yeah janet that would be cool about he music. i can probably have that custom done. if you click on the little record you can turn the music off. im not sold on music. i may decide to have none.

thanks ann. yes youre in there! a number of photographers yesterday said they wouldnt stay. and also did make it through all 35 pics cause it was too slow.

its not nearly done but i have one gallery up. the engagement gallery. i love this site and the new great big pics but im very concerned about loading time. id appreciate it if anyone has a chance to take a look and let me know especially how the loading time is and being a bride, if its a little slower, would you stick around to see the pics? i know once its cached on your computer its a lot faster but i need to know about that first visit. thanks so much. heres the link and just click on galleries - then engagement is the only gallery there. thanks so much. i know you all are busy. ps - if you know your internet connection type could you also let me know. and if the pictures seem chopped off funny on the sides. i know its going to format differently to different screen sizes but i cant control that i dont think. thanks! also please dont worry about hurting my feelings. if you dont like something please let me know. and if you wouldnt wait around to see it if its too slow please tell me!
