i was planning to try and do a shoot at the ruins the next time im there too. im curious as to if this is possible and would love any info anyone has. i havent started to research it on my own too much yet but will also share anything i find out. thanks! leigh

hey all. just wanted to share. all the nyc sessions have been posted. i posted cara and wes yesterday morning. they didnt win but wanted to do a session anyway. so in 2 1/2 days i shot 4 session. met 4 wonderful couples and had a blast. then collapsed heres a link to cara and wes. thanks for your support of my contest! i appreciate everyone who voted and helped pick the two winning couples. im planning to do a wedding contest. just trying to think of how to pull it off. of course i will announce the details here too. have a great day - leigh

i have different packages for DWs and domestic. my destination wedding packages include my travel costs. i book my own travel. other photographers may do it differently. theres no right or wrong way.

of the two weddings i shot at EDR one had their hair done at the spa and one did it herself. heres the bride who had her hair done. april and nates album preview.

hi anna! sorry i missed your call today. i just sent you an email. ladies, people always ask me who my favorite photographers are and anna is always on the top of that list. her website was one of the first ones i came across and thought - wow wedding photography can be this awesome! she is just brilliant. (i tend to get like a giddy schoolgirl when i gush about her work! its embarrassing really. not quite a psycho stalker fan though.)

thanks everyone for your kind words! russ and emma are just a lovely couple. and of course russ is a wedding photographer so the pressure was really on. ted and kimme just joined the forum so i look forward to them being here as well. and im glad to be home! its a long story but i didnt make it to paris first my bride cancelled then the gal i was supposed to go with, my friend, got really, really sick. so i had been gone from home for 2 weeks and traveling on my own for about 6 days and just decide to change my plane ticket and head on home and spend the last few days off with my family. i hadnt seen my youngest since june as he spends the summer with his dad. he left about 2" short than me and came back about 2" taller than me! can you believe that! in 2 1/2 months. seems like he does all his growing in kansas. so i have about a bazillion shoots to edit - including trish and shawns proposal and ES and the contest winners from nyc. i ended up with 4 shoots while i was there and feel like ive really seen nyc now i love it there. so back to work! have a great day everyone and a good weekend.

hi ted and kimme! welcome! welcome! welcome! ted and i recently worked together on the wedding i shot in england. it was so fun! they really made my trip to the UK enjoyable. we all went out one night too and kimme and i had a great time and enjoyed the best mojitos ive ever had. (if youre ever in canterbury be sure and go to the cuban for dinner and drinks.) these guys are great! and fun! and talented! and i only wish we lived closer to each other.

is this new? i thought this is one of the venues matt and sol liked because they didnt do that? pm one of them and see what their experience has been. they let you know and be happy to help you out im sure.
