I checked with dreams cancun and I think the photographer was the only vendor I could bring besides the ones they had, but maybe they meant if they were a guest at the hotel. I'm not sure, it was kind of difficult to understand. However, I'm just going to do the package, because it will be so much easier, it includes most everything, and that's what I want, simple.

Finally, got back on my treadmill today, it was tough, but feels good! Now I'm eating salad & tomato soup

Christine, we are in the same boat! I really want to lose 30 before I look for a dress, so I was giving myself the deadline of March, but I don't know if I can wait that long to get a dress. I might go check out davids bridal soon and as long as I can find something there that I like I could wait a couple months to buy it, so hopefully I'll be able to get a smaller size. I try not to use the extra points too. I'm doing really good this week with my eating, but everyday I say I'm getting on my treadmill and I just do not want to when I get home. I am thinking I may go to the gym tonight, they have one of my favorite classes tonight. Otherwise, I am getting on the treadmill, exercise helps you lose so much easier.

or maybe Kash you could suggest a traveling show and you can umm, rig it so all BDW brides get to be on the show. Yes, I really like this idea!!! We'll all get everyone we know to tune in to boost ratings!! lol

oh I loved the idea of the horse drawn carriage at moon palace!!! that was one of my other choices, but dreams was a smaller resort than moon palace and that's more of what I was looking for.

thanks for the recipes rebecca! Everyone always tells me how good spaghetti squash is, but I have never known what to make with it. I'll have to try out these recipes. I makes it so much easier to diet when you don't have to continuously eat the same things.

the 35 points are for you to use whenever you need to go over your points. For instance, I usually save mine for the weekends because that's when I tend to run out of my regular points, like if you go out to dinner or have a party to go to or whatever. You don't have to use them. You could also just use a couple a day if you're still hungry. It's pretty easy to follow once you get used to it. are you going to meetings, or doing it online?

Anny, you're so lucky, all of your paperwork will be so easy! We still have to do blood tests in mass, but I think it will just be one less thing we have to worry about, I wouldn't want something to go wrong! Glenda, I thought the same thing when steve first suggested it, but then once I started reading the requirements and thought about it a little more, I knew it would just be so much easier and less worrisome. I don't think we'll even really feel married until we have our ceremony, that's when it will be real and that will be our anniversary, no matter what day we go to the town hall to do it. You should do what ever feels right for you.

Mexico I think is one of the more complicated places to marry, you have to have everything translated to spanish and be there four days ahead of time and have blood tests done there, and of course there is a fee for everything. And when you get home everything has to be translated back to english, big PITA. I know some of the islands have much easier requirements. That's why we decided to do it before we go

I had looked into antigua for my wedding and there is a small island not far from there called barbuda, it's not a private island, but I think very small and it may be something to look into. I know I saw something about a hotel there, but I can't remember the name. From what I read it seemed like a nice island.

I would like to check one out too, I haven't decided if I'll do them yet or not, it will depend on cost and how many guests I end up with , but I'm sure it won't be too bad. I've heard El Dorado is gorgeous! That's where I'm honeymooning. You will find a ton of information on this sight regarding traveling photographers and RM photographers. As well as info on El Dorado. But as everyone else has said, Tammy(host) is great to work with, you would do well to contact her first, and she will be able to answer most of your questions.
