great job girls...yay i lost 4.5 yuppie.yuppie..(lots was water weight and blot but who cares ill take it...) im sending it to ann right now....just bought some protein shakes they are yummy...so know i know the wieght will come off slower it always does from her on out for me...but congrats to you all..

DAMNNNNN 4.5lbs Girl? Thats is awesome!!! I dont think 4.5lbs of that is water weight for some reason... that is so great! At this rate there willl be no cessy left!

lol...i really really stuck to it an i cant believe it so happy... 1 week at a time ...i could have not done this without you girls.. ihave been struggling to get back on track and because of you girls i was in control this week ..it was so hard but i made it through... my goal is to loose 11 all together now im down 4.5 but i have not built up my body into shape and i know muscle weighs more then fat so i know my numbers wiull change but i did this diet to feel better overall...

Dont be so hard on yourself. The scale can be very deceiving!If you are working out like you say it could be muscle gain. I know alot of times right when i first start working out I actually gain weight first because I have no muscle to begin with and then once I have a core muscle the weight starts coming off. Every body is different, thats why this is an 8 week process. How are you eating, healthy or have you changed your eating habits at all?
