Canceled our FLIGHT!

    I am so mad right now. I had found a great flight out for most of our guests on Alaska Air getting us to Cabo by 11:30am! We got a discount too! So almost 20 of them booked on here....well tonight we went to give someone the information to book on this flight...and it wont show it. I called the airline and they canceled that flight and moved everyone to a flight that doesnt get in till 6:00pm. I am so mad...now we either have to deal with that or cancel the flights and find new ones! I am so frustrated by all of this!!

      UUUGH! That stinks...do you know what the fee would be for canceling?
      Sorry you are dealing with this crap. You think you have it all figure out and then this crap happens.

        Sorry to hear that...darn airline! 11 am would have been perfect, but 6pm isn't so bad.

          Delta did this to my mom's flight - she had a direct flight and now they have 1 stop, but they have to leave at 6am, which means getting to the airport at 3am! Really stinks! I'm so sorry you have to deal with this! Let us know what you figure out :)

              I havent talked to the customer service center because they are closed on the weekends. I think they should refund us the money since they changed the flight and with some on the people on staying 3 days...getting there at 6pm on the first day pretty much doesnt work. I will let you know what happens tomorrow...hopefully I can get it refunded and find a similar flight with the same type of rate!

                That really sucks!!! What I don't get is how come they ask for your contact info when you make a reservation, but THEN THEY DON'T FREAKING CONTACT YOU WHEN THEY CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION!!!!?!!!!
                Have you seen any other flight times that might work for you?

                  The same thing happened with us. Are you working with a TA? Tammy was so great and was able to get us a full refund and we rebooked on another airline.. I HATE when they do this but unfortunately it happens allot.. I hope it works out.. get in as early as possible!!

                  Oh no! What a F*ing PITA. Poke around and see if you can find another flight that gets in earlier. Alaska will refund your fare - and they shouldn't charge you any sort of penalties, etc.

                    That really sucks!!! I think Alaska does that alot...I went up to Washington State in October and that is their hub I think...they did that to me...however it was like a very minor adjustment.

                    Your difference is huge!!! I would be upset too because that's so late to get in...
