Wow, I am in the extreme minority on this one - so far the voting is 37 for #1 and 10 for #2!!!

They're both beautiful choices but I voted #1, I think I tried this one on and absolutely loved the sparkly lace overlay!

(and budget) But I absolutely LOVE the first dress... it just felt right when I put it on and it has the corset back that I wanted! :)

Quick question on the sample sale... is that something offered by the company or by the bridal shops? And how do you find out if and when they are offering them?
The bridal shop usually has sample sales. They usually advertise them in the store or on their website. If your shop doesnt have a website, why not just give them a call & ask them. Also, try other bridal shops in your area to see if they are going to have any. When they announce a sample sale, they usually don't tell you if the dress that you're looking for will be included in the sale. You just have to show up & hope that it is. Again, your dress may not be on sale right away but I think that there is a good chance that you can get it on sale within the year as designers are always coming out with "new collections". And when stores get the new collections in, they have to make room for them so they put the "old collection" dresses in the sample sale.
Sorry for the longgg explanation! LOL! Hope I helped.
