Stacy, is there a link to your pictures anywhere? Who did you use? We're using Claudia Rodriguez. I'm so excited! We are having the dinner at the Tequila.

 

How did you keep in touch with all of your party since everyone arrives at different times?

The question wasn't directed towards me... but we kept in touch with our party via 2 way radios. We all tuned to the same channel and it worked brilliantly! We always knew if someone wanted to hit the buffet, or what pool we were at. It worked lovely!

Congrats! You'll have a great time there for sure. (I think you already found my pics, haha) We used Citlalli from Claudia Rodriguez and we loved her!

Dinner was abosulutely delicious - what is your menu?

We didn't have to worry about keeping in touch cause we were all on the same plane... but a good place to meet up would be the lobby bar - that's where we usually met up with people before going for supper at the buffet.

I'm trying to add my name to your roll call (hopefully the end of October) but I haven't heard back from the WC. I emailed last Saturday (a week and a half ago) and again at the end of last weke but still nothing. When you first contacted them, did the WC take this long to get back to everyone else?

I could NOT get a hold of her... my travel agent was MUCH more successful. are you using a TA?

I have my date booked but can not get any other information from the WC. She sent me a email to pick where we want dinner and that was about 2 mo. ago and I can not get response, so I don't know if our Italian rest. is booked?

 

On another note does anyone know if they offer centerpieces if so what they look like or should we bring our own?
