I'm with you, last week (this weeks weigh in) is NOT pretty. I'm up 3.5 lbs since last week which was my lowest in awhile. BOOOOOO! Either way, Matt and I discussed it and he's been stagnant for a few weeks and up until this week I had been losing each week, so we're going to try to get back more to the cleanse diet. We've veered off slightly, like our morning drinks are usually fruit instead of veggies and we're eating less salads and more rice.
I wanted to lose 5 lbs before our pics on Sunday and instead I'm up 3.5, so I'm annoyed at myself. Then Xavi's birthday party is a month away and I want to feel good about myself! I need to find the time to do the 30 day shred again.
You'll do it! I believe in you- you have worked so hard to get here, don't let a measly 3.5 lbs get the best of you! It's water weight, or as someone once told me, maybe you just need a BM and you'll be golden!
Cleanse will definitely help- Easter sucked the life out of most of us- as much as we all tried so hard, everyone over indulges, even when we think we aren't. On the two days where we were having big meals, we didn't eat anything else that day. Doesn't matter- the meal themselves were probably 5000 calories, geez.
