GO CARLY!!!!!!!! That is amazing! Good for you! I am sure you will see a slight movement, but even if not, better than it going up!!!!

in the meantime, we need to see some more activity here ... where did everyone go!!??

I have noticed this thread is slow.... I can only do so much to keep it going! haha! cheer2.gifAnd even I have been quiet on here as well.

WELL, let's see..... how am I doing..... decent on eating better/ losing the weight. Have been able to keep that big jump up off, and lost a few more pounds this past week.

Tonight I hope to get to the gym and do some cardio and then my boxing class, so that will help with this week. But AF will be returning..... so we shall see what she has in store. I haven't been as ravenous (yet) as I normally get in the pre-days, so either it will be mild, or I have been better able to not give in to my urges!

Awesome job Carly!!!!!! This thread had been slow! Lets get it back ladies. This was a bad week for me. I'm up about two pounds. Since February Jon has been working in Ontario (I've been Losing) this past week he was home and of course I gain, so I determine its out mens fault that we gain weight lol. I didn't make it to the gym once but I did get alot of wedding stuff accomplished. He's not back now till April 16th so four weeks, I told him next time he sees me ill be ripped! Lol well I can try anyway. Back to the gym starting today and I've also started a squat challenge 400 I already completed day 1 today! My legs are already sore. My new bikinis came yesterday so those are definitely motivation to follow through! Any one else wanna join in?

I am so in!

The picture did make me laugh- I was like "WHOA, hello bum...." but it's a good motivator! I think we all want our bum's and legs to look like that!

I also agree- it DEFINITELY is our men that make us gain weight. BangHead.gif So not fair! And all they have to do it change one small thing, and presto, off comes 15 pounds!

Good work car!! And niiiiiiiiice booty whoever you are model lady. I'm totally back on track! Got cardio in last week. This week I have crossfit 3 times. Biggest thing - logging absolutely everything I eat and drink. Numbers are dropping!!!

Oh your poor legs and butt!

I have plans to go to my fave hot yoga class tonight, so I hope it works out. I just bought 5 classes b/c they were on sale, but it's hard b/c the place is like 30-40 mins away.  I'm def planning on going tonight (Matt will be with Xavier) and then again on Monday (my mom will watch Xavier).

Going to do Day 1 of the squat challenge today. Had planned on going to my boxing class last night, but I ended up working nearly 12 hours yesterday, and then had to go visit my poor Mom- she slipped on some ice yesterday and broke her elbow. Left home yesterday morning at 6:00 a.m. and didn't walk back in the door until 7:30. Crazy long day.

So.... today will just be a cardio and squat day for me then.

I haven't been hitting the gym like I should (only once in the last week), but I have been watching my eating habits! And only drinking water, which was originally for Lent but is really helping I think.

I may start a new detox next week. Haven't decided which one....probably juicing. That always helps me drop the most pounds the quickest. I always put like 2 or 3 back on in the week following, I'm guessing that's water weight. But I usually net about a 5 pound weight loss after detoxing for 7 days. Can't complain.

I keep forgetting to weigh in at home, but I'm pretty sure there isn't much difference since last week.  I went to hot yoga last night, god I love that class!  I wish it wasn't so dang far away b/c I would definitely make it my thing.  My legs/butt are sore today, but in that good "i worked out" way.

We have our final photoshoot with a photog that we bought a year package from (for Xavier) and I really want to lose at least five more lbs before then.  That's April 7, so I really have to push myself for the next two weeks.  I think I can do it.

Then Xav's bday party is in May and I'd really like to just look like me instead of a heavy me.  The baby weight is gone now, but I want to feel good and not sloppy and like a "mom".  You know what I mean, right?  Like I don't want people to KNOW I'm a mom by looking at me.  Gotta whip myself into shape.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
