Grooms and Groommen Attire To Rent or To Buy?

Recommended Posts

I originally planed on buying the Grooms and Groomsmen Attire.  But now that I have researched it a little more I see that some rental stores offer a Destination Wedding line and give you 7 extra days free rental.   In particular Al's formal wear.  We would get the Grooms Attire free and the attendants would get the suit tie, shirt and shoes included for $167.46 each. This would make for a more polished look.... What  are you girls doing?  Has anyone rented for a Destination Wedding?

I'm curious what everyone else is dong as well. I def like tan linen suits. We are having a small wedding party, just a maid of honor and 2 best men. I want all the guys in linen suits. How would you suggest the groom standing out from the BM? a different colored tie? I'm confused by this. I want him to stand out a little different.

Studio suits seems like a great deal but I'm terrified that I'd mess the measurements up!

Still trying to decide whether to rent or buy. My FI actually is in a wedding a month before and just bought a grey suit. Instead of buying another suit he may just wear the same one. Curious if any canadian brides found good deals on rentals. Most places we looked into expect the rental to be returned the day after. We were told that it would be an extra fee for rentals over a day and even more for a week.

My fiancé has decided to buy his linen suit but we are still unsure about what the BM and groomsmen should wear. :/ Our wedding color is turquoise so I was looking for your opinions.... BM and groomsmen: turquoise dress shirt with tan dress pants. I also was thinking of having them in these shoes...400 What do you think?
