    Our wedding is November 22! At The Maya, and we are having it out by the shopping center for the reception. I emailed Yuri and i still have a couple more weeks until i get a WC. I also to am now going to use DJ Doremixx!!

    Im just after you We are getting married November 22, 2013. We also have 40 people going.

    I would like you to know it is ok and safe ONLY when used with a Credit Card Authorization form. This way its legal if anything was to happen. I'm in accounting and do this alot for my company and if they do it you should be ok.

    Just remember (as i have been told) its your day and your guest can take care of themselves. So no do not worry about how many guest and who books later. I do though have to worry of a BM doesnt want to go with anyone but refuses to pay the single rate. She hasnt booked and I afraid she might back out. I have talk to her about forking over money for her extra amount but she said she was fine with it all and she was staying in the same hotel. Then i get a call from the TA and she said something completely different to her.

    Are you on a website for your guest to go to? Also i found that emailing them one on one to see if they can RSVP by a certain date. But as always people can be so rude and not respond. I feel that is rude.

    Did anyone use the Photographer Jorge from Adventures?? They are what the hotel recommends.
