My wedding is at the end of the trip, so all the wedding details will be in the brochure in the OOT bags I'll be giving during my "welcome dinner" on Day 2.
Awesome, do you already have the welcome dinner planned? I think that I am going to try to get this organized as well.... I have to wait until the flight schedule is finalized because I have people from Calgary, Winnipeg and Toronto coming so I have to wait until I know for sure when everyone will be there! Then thats where I don't know what to do... I don't pick the ceremony location until I get there, so maybe I can plan the dinner for the second day so that I will have all the information to give to my guests, I dont think that I want to do a second brochure!
