UGH! Yeah I guess 6 lbs for one month is good and slow which it should be to keep it off!
I did bad this morning though I went to the grocery store before work and bought lean pockets breakfast...I just ate 2 of them...I was craving something bad for me...it's okay though it was 3 points each so 6 points total...I can still do good the rest of the day!
Also six points for breakfast isn't bad either, just don't eat another one until lunch.
I have a tough lunch ahead of me. My department is going to El Torito and I love their chips and salsa...ugh!
I am stressed out since the holiday season is here and parties are starting to get planned. Yikes, I need to take control.
