You could give the guys a bottle of JA rum (appleton) or you can put something like Dominoes, a flask (seen em at dollarama today), shot glasses, sunglasses, mini deodorant or aftershave.
And thanks! I was already thinking of the whole small bottle of rum. Especially since we are not staying at an AI

They're $60 and if it doesn't work I'll just take a trip to Buffalo and try to find something there.

Can you have cups or anything sewn into your dress? I'm a 34DD and won't even have to wear a bra (first time in my life!) because they'll be built into my dress.

lol, Andrea enjoy it while you can :) ..I just noticed you are getting married at one of my favorite resorts!! I LOVED the Gran Bahia Prinicpe when I was there a few years go -- it's a great place! If you can go out to Coco Bongo's with your group for a night --it's FANTASTIC and a great time with a group too!

Hey May Brides! Just a question.. what are you ladies doing for wedding favours?

Me and my fiance decided we are doing custom 2gb flash drives to send out with our thanks you cards and they will be loaded with our professional pics. Obviously these are 1 per family/couple/single. But we still want something small at the reception like candies. We were going to go with chocolate bars but then thought they will probably melt during travel :( so now i dont know what.. me and FI are huge chocoholics so any other candy seems weird lol

Wedding favours...the Bain of my existence! Seems the more I see on Pinterest, the more I change my mind! Since we're going to Mexico, we wanted something themed, so I've looked at mini tequila bottles, maracas, personalized Tabasco bottles (which are super cheap), mexican wedding cookies.....on and on. What about a dessert/treat that's native to Jamaica like gizzada or something? Ou could wrap a few up with cello and ribbon?

Ya I would try looking online on Nordstroms if you can't get to one in person plus they have the best return policy. If you're anything like me, I'm on the larger cup size, the thought of lil stickers holding up these big girls or worse having those God awful chicken cutlets give me more then I need is my nightmare. I don't want to be one of those bride who has cleavage in all her wedding pics. No gracias! Good luck!

Looove the idea of the maracas! I think we'll do this and give each guest one at the dinner table with a little note attached about give it a shake to see the bride and groom kiss.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
