Hi ladies,

 

In the process of choosing our resort. Our original focus was the Hard Rock but there have been a greater amount of positive reviews for the Majestic Colonial.  We want this is to be a fun trip for everyone of all ages.  Anyone care to share any experience with the casino?  I have some older ladies who would enjoy hitting up the slots.

Tricia, if you go on trip advisor there is some reviews that mention the casino. The ones I read basically said it isn't really a casino just a room with a couple slots and a table. So if your looking for the casino experience I think hard rock would be definetly better. Overall fun with family majestic could be a winner did You check out the price difference between the two resorts?

Thank you so much ladies. That really helps. We don't have the quotes in yet, we're aiming for November 2014 or January 2015. That will help make the decision process easier, hopefully.  Happy planning ladies! :)

I'm getting married on Dec 4th at the Elegance at 5pm! What day are you guys arriving at the resort? How many guests do you plan on having? It's so nice to meet someone having their ceremony on the same day! :)

I'm getting married in November and I wanted to know if any past brides experienced hotel prices going down the closer it got to that time. We did not block rooms, and currently the rates are getting higher. I'm worried that by the time our guests try to book their rooms, rates will be too high.

Hey Kasey, We are arriving Saturday nov 30th and stayin until dec 7th! Mady for the week I mentioned for the basic rooms its 1390$ 7 days tax and flight includes from Toronto . We got prices for every room alot of my guests are staying in colonial club 18+ section . Right now I have 26 guests book I'm hoping to have around 30 :) Kasey what's your wedding day looking like? Are u have a private reception ? Etc

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
