Just started DW planning. I have not decided on a place or date yet but I def want it in Rivera Maya. Any great all inclusive resorts with great beach for the wedding and a great outdoor/patio for reception.. thinking more of a poolside reception but will settle for a gazebo! Also, has to be kid friendly. I'm looking to get married on May 5th, 2013, not sure if that will work as it is a Sunday. I also have to make sure there's no elementary school exams around that time, as i will have a few children coming on the trip. Thanks!

Welcome! There are tons of great resorts in the Mayan Riviera, you should have no problem finding one you love. I have been to a few resorts there for weddings and by far the nicest was the Grand Palladium. Im not sure if they do a poolside reception though. Good luck finding your dream resort!

As everyone has said, there are a ton of great resorts in Riviera Maya. Picking which one is definitely the toughest decision. I recently decided on Azul Sensatori but there are so many great options it's hard to narrow down. Happy Planning!
