I'm a planner and am all about the details that I toted around in my specially made binder (nerd I know). It was more than I could have hoped for or expected, and not one thing went wrong, even tho I had expected something might because even if its little there is always the possibility of a hiccup somewhere. Don't stress your day will be perfect. All past brides wrote that and I still had some stress, once I got there Ramone worked his magic and we were able to enjoy the amazing week of wedding bliss and I wished I hadn't worried as much.

Awwww congrats!!! Tell us all about it when you get back. Go enjoy that honeymoon!!

Hi Amber, I can't remember where I saw it but somewhere in info sent by Anel / budget sheet or on the wedding booklet you can download from resort website, it said they now offered a photo booth. You may want to check with Anel or look online just in case I am mistaken.

I just had my wedding on Feb 20 and we used the photobooth that they advertise in the wedding brochure. It was amazing. I had a ton of compliments from everyone at the wedding saying how much fun they had. Looking at the pictures was hilarious. If you can let Anel or Ramon know  they can book them. Since you are booking them through Anel/Ramon you do not have to pay the outside vendor fee. I asked when I got down there and had my meeting with Ramon for the photobooth and didn't realize it actually is an outside company. I got lucky that they weren't already booked yet. So if it's something you would like I would ask for it sooner rather than later.

Have any brides had experience getting a piniata for the wedding?  I think it would be a fun activity for us after dinner but before we move over to the disco to dance.  Not completely sure if we will do it or not yet, but I think it would be fun!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
