I also try to walk/jog at least 4 times a week for 30-45 minutes each time, but I think it depends on your fitness level. If you're starting out I think just Power90 is fine, but if you have the energy and drive... giver!!! I'm already thinking about going for P90X in the fall!!! I love my at home workout videos, starting to like Tony!!! ;) Hope this is helpful!!!

Great thread!

My wedding is in February 2012 and I need all the help I can get. Once I get motivated I tend to keep a pretty good routine but I've been trying for the past few months now to get back on track and its so hard.

I plan to start working out 3 times a week starting today and until the wedding. Step 2 - to be way more strict with my eating habits. I find that if I try to do both at once I always give up.

That is so true... I did that also and it has been working really well for me. Once in awhile I have my slip ups on eating, but I found that if I changed one thing at a time, like cut out pop and add a veggie or something of the sort, it really has made the difference for me sticking to a healthier diet. It's really a lifestyle change and slow is better than fast... fast never last ;) Hope this forum is as helpful for you as it has been for me. Welcome and keep up the motivation!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
