I was just reading a thread called "My OOT Bags~ the big hits and the things that weren't used".  Just wondering if any prior Beaches T&C brides had any feedback on what was hot and what was not in their OOT bags.  Ladies?

        Hi Brandy,

Where would you recommend finding key card holders that go good with the occasion? I also want to let you know how helpful you have been throughout this thread. I just discovered this site about two weeks ago and I feel as if I have learned so much from everyones experiences and especially yours  =]

Thanks for letting me know, I figured that since he never got back in touch with me that they may not have had it. I have seen others say that they have brought materials down without letting them know before hand and when they met with the wedding planner on site that were not charged the set up fee.  Did he happen to mention the set up fee?

I actually emailed Dexter a few days ago before you had given me the information and he got back to me stating that they would not be able to source the material but that I could take the fabric and they would charge me a set up fee. I am planning on making OOT bags but I have not even started on them yet. So this site has been very helpful in seeing some ideas that other people have come up with. My only concern was how the best way to get them there would be.

                Hi Mdcoug,

Your very welcome. He did mention that if I brought my own material that they would charge me a set up fee. I emailed him back asking how much that would be and if he could get me the measurements for the archway i have not heard anything back yet. I will let you know as soon as he does get back to me .=]

                  Alexa

I ordered our key card holders from amazon.com and I ordered the lanyards from west coast lanyards, but Im certain you can also purchase the lanyards off of amazon as well.

@ MTruvillio -  I'm not sure of the exact designer- when I bought it they said it was "Private Label".  Who is the designer of your TTD?  My dress has blue crystals on the lace work.  I had most of the train taken off this dress. I just wanted a slight train.  Do you have a picture of your dress?

Michelle - I saw your photo's.  They are sooo pretty!  I think I have the same dress for my TDD session.  Who is your dress by?

To all the past Beaches brides...

Do you know if your witnesses also need to be on the island for a certain amount of time before the wedding? I was told our MOH and BM had to be there 36 hours prior to the wedding, just wanted to double check on this. Thanks :)
