Kisha, No they are not real touch flowers, however real touch are always beautiful. A family member of mine actually used to be a florist and has a lot of experience with making bouquets both real and artificial. After going to a few different florist supply shops and craft stores we were able to put these together.

Hello Ladies, Our big day is coming up fast and furious! We are just about two months away and we couldn't be happier! Just finished making the bouquets and figured I would post them and see what you guys think! Our colors are hot pink and orange so we tried to make the bouquets match our theme just right. Hello Ladies! I am little less than 5 months away from the big day and I am starting to get a little nervous!!! I have a few questions that I am hoping that some of you past brides will be able to help me with. My first question is as far as the OOT bags did you guys give them out prior to departure or once everyone had arrived? If done at arrival, how did you travel with them? The next question is for all of you that brought your own flowers what do you recommend for traveling with them to ensure they do not get crushed or messed up in any way? Hello, Thank you very much and its funny because we originally were planning on doing 11/12/13 but then after we started planning and stuff we decided to move it up a year and do 10/11/12. When I first started looking into planning our destination wedding I was looking into places like Dominican Republic or Jamaica. My issue was that even though him and I come from very small families a lot of them are very nervous about traveling out of the country so I had to pick somewhere that was pretty Americanized and safe. We also were looking at Sandals but because of the fact that they would only allow couples that made things tough because for instant my dad is single. So we then looked at Beaches Turks and Caicos and I instantly fell in love however the travel agent did mention that the price may not be reasonable for all my guests. I am planning on doing a small beach ceremony followed by a laid back reception. The deal that they had to offer was if you booked in a concierge room or higher you got the beautiful beginnings wedding for free. We are doing some extra add ons like an archway and stuff but for the most part its exactly what I wanted. I was prepared for not a lot of people to attend but we actually already have 17 people that have booked. One thing I will say is that it is a little more pricier then other places like Dominican Republic but the quality of the location and all the included things make up for it. I cannot wait and I am super excited =]

**ALL PAST BRIDES** I need some help/advice. I had recently emailed a picture to Dexter & Roxy showing them an archway I liked and asking for a quote. The archway was a plain bamboo arch with hot pink and orange sheer sheets hanging on it. Dexter emailed me back stating that the resort would not be able to source the material but that I could purchase it and bring it myself. I emailed him back asking if I could have the measurements and what not. He just emailed me about two months later quoting me a price of $1950 for a bamboo arch with pink and orange sheer sheets. Now they apparently can source the material however I already planned on getting it myself. So I emailed him back asking how much it would be just for the archway and if I could have my mother just hang the sheets on it. He told me the archway would be $250 and that they would assist with decorating to make sure my day is perfect. BUT they want to charge me $500 to hang two sheets from an archway. I was wondering if any of you past brides went through something similar and if it against their policy to have a family member do this or if they just try to talk to you out of it. Hi Mdcoug, Your very welcome. He did mention that if I brought my own material that they would charge me a set up fee. I emailed him back asking how much that would be and if he could get me the measurements for the archway i have not heard anything back yet. I will let you know as soon as he does get back to me .=]

Hi Brandy, Where would you recommend finding key card holders that go good with the occasion? I also want to let you know how helpful you have been throughout this thread. I just discovered this site about two weeks ago and I feel as if I have learned so much from everyones experiences and especially yours =]

I've decided to start a page dedicated to any brides who may be planning a wedding at Beaches Turks and Caicos in October 2012. I am getting married on 10/11/12 at 3:00 P.M. We are planning on having the ceremony take place on the beach and we are going with the BB theme and including a few upgrades. I have booked with Ileana from Tropical Imaging already and i'm super excited. After going through everyones reviews on this site and seeing so many pictures, I can't say how much of a huge help it has been. I am planning on making OOT bags but I have not even started on them yet. So this site has been very helpful in seeing some ideas that other people have come up with. My only concern was how the best way to get them there would be.

Hey Melissa! Thank you for the email address. I wasn't sure if Roxy had gone on maternity leave. When I did speak to Roxy 2 weeks ago she had told me that the archway for the beach started at $250 but depended on how I wanted it to look. I am going to try Dexter and see if he can help.

hey girls I need some help.. I am waiting for Roxy to get back to me on some pricing. But does anyone know the price of an archway for the beach with colored sheets/curtains. I know the archway its self goes for $250 but wasn't sure if anyone had the answer to that question. I am looking to have an archway with pink and orange sheets. =]

Hey Everyone, My name is Alexa and my wedding date is 10/11/12 at Beaches Turks and Caicos. I am new to this so I have just started reading through reviews and looking at what everyone has to say. I have noticed that alot of people choose tropical imaging which looks beautiful. My question is how is the photographer with the resort? I am a picture freak. My fiance and I went to Dominican Republic a few years back and we had a photo shoot done of us and I fell in love with every picture they took. Of course this is my wedding day so I want these pictures to be perfect. But has anyone had any experience with the resorts photographers?
