My fiance has always wanted a bobble-head of his own likeness, so I will be getting one with me and him and it will be the cake topper!!! The REAL gift to him of course will be a boudoir book, it will be off the hook!!!

Bobble head cake toppers!  What a cute idea!

 

I have been thinking that I knew what to get him but I am not sure if set the right tone.  I wanted to give him a bottle of 150 year Gran Marnier (worth over $300) - he has had it a few times and really likes it but doesn't want to splurge on a whole bottle.  Is it tacky to give liquor? 

 

I have always been a practical kind of gift giver and he doesn't need a watch, or uses cufflinks much, and he is picky about his wallet.  Please give me some feedback, ladies!

I plan to simply surprise him with a fun activity that I have planned while on our honeymoon.  He will be much more excited to DO something with ME rather than to receive a THING.  

I believe that the gift truly depends on the relationship between the two of you.  Some men would LOVE to receive a watch from their wife-to-be while others would prefer a couples massage.  

Do what you believe is right for YOU.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
