Does anybody need a workout buddy - to be accountable???!!!

So I'm 10-11 weeks out before I have my first fitting for my gown, and that's plenty of time to make some serious workout progress. The only problem is, I can only seem to fit in like 2-3 workouts a week.

 

I need someome to hold me accountable...does anyone else feel the same wayhuh.gif

 

Nothing annoying or anything, just someone to say, hey, did you workout, you said you were doing XY&Z this week, how did it turn out, etc. We could just use this thread, or PM or whatever works.

 

HELP!

I can do that for you/with you if you want. Ask Jilly, I am a ball buster smile120.gif

I need to work out more myself. I have a friend who works out with me, but she is a nurse, so her hours are all over the place and if she is working, I use that as my excuse not to work out, and I have to stop doing that. So, I can use the push as well.

Anything where you are physically active is working out, you do not need to go to the gym. Running, soccer, walking, its all considered working out.

Thanks Paula! I've seen that thread, and it's great for me if I workout, but I need a little more accountability for someone to say, HEY JILL, have you worked out!!?!? But when I do work out, that's the perfect place to feel good about it!

Here's my week schedule:

Tuesday - The Firm
Wednesday - Cardio (elliptical)
Thurdsay - The Firm
Saturday - Cardio
Sunday - The Firm

We can check in and make sure we're all hitting our days, or give encouragement, whatever works best! Hooray!
