Baby prep is going well but a little overwhelming, I guess there is a reason pregnancy is so long to give you a chance to prepare! Nursery furniture was delivered yesterday, oh boy was I in floods of tears or what, LOL! I am feeling great, although starting to slow down a bit now. Just over 11 weeks to go.

Enjoy all the milestones, so exciting to experience the "first" of everything. Can your husband feel the kicking now? My husband did for the first time about 9 weeks ago, and then about 4 weeks ago we started seeing my tummy move. Now that is an amazining experience! Best of luck to you and keep me posted. There is a pregnancy part to this forum too.

Congrats again!

Thanks Joanne! You're right though I'm glad we have 9 months from the time we found out until she is here because there is so much to do haha. We ordered our nursery furniture like 2 weeks ago so we probably wont be receiving it for another 4 to 6 weeks, so the nursery will mainly be on hold until that happens lol. My husband can now feel the kicking too, but no tummy moving action yet. I am excited for you guys! Glad you are feeling great, hope it keeps up like that for you! Although I'm just about 6 months I'm starting to really feel pregnant with this more pronounced belly lol. Hope all is well, let me know how everything is going for you guys! Your precious little baby will be here before you know it! cheesy.gif

Hello Ladies!

I am so sorry I have been so busy and not able to get back here very often! We have been so busy since the wedding with the holidays then finding out that we were pregnant! I just wanted to stop in and say I hope everyone has been having the most amazing last 6 months! Can't believe it's already that long haha. Congrats to you all!

Joanne Congrats on the baby... so happy for you guys! Hope all of the baby prep is going well. And I hope you are feeling well!

Pucca I am very sorry for your loss! At least your Dad will look down on you now and know that he has left you in good hands with the man that you love!

SxcT... don't even worry about all of those negative comments! You guys are doing amazing and some people just can't imagine that life can be amazing for other people when they can be so miserable! Personally James and I are going on 7 years of being together and I love him more every single day! For us the wedding just made us a "legal" couple... not one bit has changed for the negative! We are the happiest we have ever been and are now expecting our little baby girl in October!

Happy 6 month anniversary to everyone!!!!

Thanks!

And congrats on the baby!!

Happy 7 month anniversary to all! cheers.gif

HAPPY 7 MONTHS LADIES!!!

Wow another month gone.  Time is flying.

Thank you all so much for the responses to my earlier posts.  I am so glad I still have you lovely ladies to talk to and keep in touch with.  I am glad we are all in the same happy place and can truly be happy for each other.  The haters will be haters and that will never change.  So glad everyone is doing great and the pregnancies are going well.

Our house is almost done and we should be living in it by the end of next month.  So crazy.  We are looking at booking our next vacation which will be for our 1 yr anniversary.  We originally planned to go back to the same spot but Aventura Palace hasn't been getting the best reviews lately.  So I think we are going to stay at another hotel in the same area that we get a discount at.  I love having a vacation to look forward to.  I have the resort pic as the background on my computer....makes the days go by easier LOL!!

Have a fabulous week everyone!!

Congrats Joanne!!!  What a lovely 9 month anniversary present.  So happy for you both.  Post pics of the adorable angel when you get a chance.  Hope you are getting some rest.

Hope everyone else is doing great!!  We are looking forward to the 1 yr anniversary coming up.  Already have our trip down to the Riviera Maya booked.  This whole year is just flying by but has brought us so many wonderful blessings.

We moved into our new house 2.5 wks ago.  It is very exciting and almost everyday we say "can't believe we own a home".  I have been tired and exhausted since the move.  Can't seem to go to bed early and I have to get up before 5 to hit the road in time.  But its worth it everyday when I pull into the garage and walk into the house.

Here is a pic of the outside!

Congratulations Taryn on your stunning new home, it looks amazing!! If I lived there I wouldn't care either how long my commute was! Yourself and David must be thrilled. Wishing you many many happy years in your new home.

Oh sooooo happy for all you ladies who are doing anniversary trips, that is fabulous! Are you all going back to where you got married or somewhere else?

Courtney yourself and Paul are doing a mediterranean cruise aren't you?

You all need to post details!

Below are a couple of pics from Amelia's newborn photo shoot when she was one week old :

Amelia is so cute! What lovely photos!! Congratulations again and enjoy your precious angel!

We were thinking about going back to where we got married but we decided to put that off and explore somewhere new. So we're going to Puerto Rico and going around the entire island - as much as we can anyway. I can't wait!!

Have a great Labor Day weekend everyone!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
