OMG!! I leave for my wedding in 2 days. The time has gone by so fast. In the beginning I had so many ideas for decorations, gifts, etc... but because people and other things have been stressing me out

I know they have other menu options, even for a plated meal. Because you can vegetarion options and stuff.  So that might be something to check into?

We're getting married on a Monday (May 23, 2011). Didn't want to at first, but now I'm quite happy about it as are most of the guests. We are arriving Thursday or Friday, then Saturday night is the bachelor/bachelorette party, Sunday is the Welcome/Rehearsal Party and Monday is the wedding.

I do like the idea of Tuesday wedding, but guests will have to take more time off. Just a thought. :-) Good luck with deciding.

I haven't gotten very far in the planning process regarding specifics with tables, chairs, etc. But I recall seeing that someone on here brought their own bows and the people who set up the chairs put them on with no extra charge. I'm thinking I will do the same thing. I may even add some sort of decoration to the bows.

I thought about bringing my own bows for the chairs but i didnt know if they were going to charge me to put them on. I emailed Pilar to see how much it would cost to do the ceremony set up like the picture with the orange bows and the canopy so ill let you guys know when she emails me back......next week sometime im sure:)

Hi there - I am pretty sure we are going with NOW Jade. We had a date reserved at both, but then the Azul date fell through becuase it was double booked. They do not have any other dates in May that fit with our plans. I got some more photos from NOW Jade and we really like it! We are just waiting on the pricing info and then we will make the final decision...hopefully this week.

I'm thinking of changing my resort to this place...not sure if I want sapphire or jade. but i'm really considering it. can anyone please send me the info you have. And I hope no one will be getting married there on feb 19, 2011...lol (seriously though)

I got my final quote to sign from Pilar the other day.......I emailed her to change a few things and im waiting to see what the new quote says (she normally gets back to me on mondays and wednesdays) Has anyone else got to this point yet? Im getting nervous things are getting set in stone and I wont be able to change details once i get there if I deside to.........

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
