Sorry guys this will be the second week I didn't send my weight- I took my scale down to LA last weekend to do it and totally forgot- then came back up here without it!!! I have no idea how I've been doing, but----- I picked up my dress last night and it zips up!!!! They originally ordered the wrong size and I was just trying to lose the weight- Looks like it worked wink.gif

Ran a 10K today. Really took it easy since I honestly haven't ran in a little while now and still finished in 1:10. Being as I wasn't winded when I finished, I probably could have ran a lost faster, but I find I don't push myself. Does anyone else have that problem? The same goes for the Insanity videos I do...I feel like I could push it farther than I do.

 

Congrats to all those with losses this week! To those who had gains (including myself), chin up!

Still sore from my run today. However, despite my gain in weight I was able to clasp my bra in the tightest one. Something good is happening anyway!

 

My cleanse ended and I had a "food day" yesterday. I had a little mac & cheese and some pizza last evening. Now I'm back to actually following the cleanse again. It's difficult to eat vegan (more preparation and planning), but my body loves it so much that I don't want to really deviate!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
