Hey glad to see you back on here! How was your honeymoon?! I saw your pictures on trisha's site, they are gorgeous! Im so happy it worked out for them to do your wedding also, i absolutely loved Trisha & Shaun!  I never got my lanterns back, i actually havent heard a single word from yarai since we checked out. I still cannot believe they "lost" my lanterns! Everything was great up until the wedding ended then I was not impressed anymore. Luckily tthe whole wedding was perfect! I need to send her an email because i want to know when we'll be getting our wedding video also.

Victoria, your pictures are amazing!! Congrats!!!

Teira, I love your pictures, I dont think I had seen them on the blog before just the ones you posted here, I swear your little girl is the cutest little girl I have ever seen! And you and your hubby make such a great couple!!

lsmith, I recieved my adoramapix book the other day and its amazing!!! Totally worth the $60 I paid, I would never have expected such a great book for that price! The cover is almost like a pearlescent shimmer and the pages are so thick and nice, they print on a matte finish not a glossy but it looks amazing!! Great quality I will def be ordering more books from them!

That's so exciting - I just put in my photo book order with them on Saturday, and I ordered a few enlargements to frame as well - I can't wait to get them!  I ended up getting a pretty big book with 76 pages, so with shipping it was about $150, so it's so good to hear that it's good quality!!  But it says my book is Lustre Print, so I expected glossy pages- oh well, as long as it's nice I don't care what the finish is....  Thanks for keeping me updated!

So jealous of all you ladies being able to order your photo books. We haven't received our disc of images yet because our photogs are working on our album.

On a positive note, I finally took my last bc pill so now it's officially no more preventing! Fingers crossed that we won't have to wait too long. We went out for our last sushi dinner and it's almost sad to think I won't be allowed any for at least a year :(

I just ordered my photobook today!  I ended up purchasing something through mamapedia (like livingsocial or Groupon) for two 1/2 priced books.  I was going to do one for my parents and one for DH's parents, but he said not to bother with them.  So, I ordered mine today.  When I went through the whole thing and put my discount code in, it ended up giving me the book for free, I just had to pay for shipping!  I was so excited!!!  Once it's printed, I should get it in 2-5 days!!

I also ordered over 230 pictures through snapfish on Saturday.  I've only had 4 or 5 couples post their pictures there (through the photoshare card), but I was able to get them through there for about $10, including shipping!  I had the 50% off code, and that was really nice!

Saturday I also went to Good Will to donate a big garbage back of clothes and picked up dishes for our candy buffet at the AHR in July!  Now the only thing I have left to get for that is the LOVE dishes, which I think I'm going to just get from Greysgirl!!  Our invites will be going out this week...  I have to get the image of our invite scanned to share, I haven't had a chance to do that!

It's been such a productive long weekend!!

lsmith, lustre is a matte like finish, but its really nice, it has a soft look to it, and makes your photos soft and shimmery looking.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
