Couch to 5k program

I did it a few years ago. It's a great program and I believe it's the reason I was able to run 3-5 miles daily (eventually). I need to start it again!

I finished this program 5 weeks ago, and I now run 5k five days a week! I can't believe how much this program really works, when I first started the program I could hardly run 1 min straight!!! Now I run 30 min or more, I love love love this program!!!

I did something similar a few years ago through the running room.  They start you at walk/run intervals and build up to a 5K run.  I was never a runner in the past and loved it once I got over the begining.  Since we have had such crappy weather here I haven't been getting outside to run and I hate running on a treadmill since I fell off one years ago.  Good luck girls
