I thought it was going to be with our other coworkers. I went into his office expecting to leave with everybody, but the other girls were giggling as we left by ourselves! That was our first date. He directly asked me, "do you have a policy against dating co-workers?" and the rest is history.

Ooooo, Ive been to look at wedding rings today, tried 3 on... still none the wiser though!! haha, just dont know what i want... Were both off work w/c 16th May, so we'll have to go into town togeher i think to see what we both like....
AND i have always wanted Stephen to wear a kilt to get married but he has never been keen on the idea (as he hates his legs, they are fine to me) but anyway i got used to the idea & would be happy no matter what he wore as long as he says "I DO" anyway the other night Stephen announces depending on price he may wear a kilt.... ....... we thought it would be really expensive to hire for 2 weeks but thought we'd price it up anyway, and to my shock its actually only £140 for the full 2 weeks!! So i think my babes is going to wear a kilt after all :-) Yipee!!!
So when were off we will go look at tartans too, to find a nice one for him to wear :-)

Im getting happier and happier by the day as these wedding our plans take off :-) Im (as im sure its the same for the rest of you) will be wishing my life away for the next year....

Trying on wedding rings, whoop whoop!! It's all systems go! I'm sure that week your off you will have it filled with 'weddingy' bits lol, so lovely!!

I'm so happy FI may wear a kilt as i know it's what you really want. As for his legs just tell him he'll have lovely tanned ones by the wedding day, ;o) lol....plus he'll be a very 'cool' groom not having to wear trousers! lol....

Just checked my emails and the WC has got back to me and is reholding our wedding date for another 2 months till we can book!! yippee!!! she said she's had computer problems and sorry for the LONG wait for her reply! x

The wedding ring trying n was fun, as ive never tried one on before, just cant wait to go with FI as it will make it more exciting im sure :-)
And as for the kilt, i will be so so happy if FI wears one as thats how ive always invisioned my wedding day since the day we 1st ever talked about it!! I love the kilt look :-) Mmmmmmm LOL xox

Yeah, its been a crazy week for us, not only have we finally booked it but its also only 1 year away!!! :-)

Hope your tonsillitis clears up soon roxmysockz!! Made me giggle what you said your FI said about the ings... Haha, i would be like you not wanting him to peek, but i guess he has a good point!!! :-)

We went shopping today and had a little peek at rings. We need to go out and look properly without Scarlett with us though as can't consentrate when she's there! We'll prob do this in June/July after booking.... and try and get a deposit down!

wow..it must been exciting to check out the wedding bands! I have a size 4 finger (so far I haven't found a store that has a size 4 eternity band for me to try on), so I am thinking maybe check them out in Hong Kong this October.

I am still 14 months away...but since I already put down a deposit to secure the date and location, I will just be patient and book when the price come out and down a bit.

FMIL just came back from Belgium, and FI just told her the date, and she was like..Oh I have to start to lose weight and look for my dress! I guess not only the brides are excited about dresses and weights, but FMILs too!
