Please help me pick my wedding shoes...so ive tried both pairs on the first pair are stuart weitzman and cost $275 plus taxes the second pair are bridal shoes and cost $90 plus taxes

I am mostly looking for comfort and as I mentioned in a previous post I cant have any strappy shoes even though i want a pretty pair so bad beacuse i have really skinny feet and they slide right through, therefore i need a shoe that will keep my feet actually in the shoe

    stuart weitzman

the ST's i probably can wear again but the second pair i just think they would be for that day only

I think on looks alone I like the first pair, but since they're so much more expensive the 2nd pair is cute too! Does that make sense? If they were the same price, I'd say the 1st pair - but are they $185 worth - not sure!

if you don't mind the price, the first ones are nicer and will last to be worn again...you could always have them dyed later to another color that you would wear more often?
        Christine + Will (married 7/20/07) + Ainsleigh (born 6/25/08) + Nolan (born 11/9/10) + Delaney (born 12/31/13) = One Very Happy Family!

I say go for the first pair. Splurge it's your wedding day. You are the bride. You can always cut costs somewhere else. Plus maybe after the wedding you can wear them up in your room with some nice lingerie for your hubby. There is nothing like a great pair of shoes to make a girl feel sexy. Gosh I'm such a perv.

Edyta, I like the first pair. However with that said, I think you can find a similar pair that would be equally as nice and cheaper.

Did anyone wear their heels in the sand? My dress is perfect if I were to wear heels, but I am getting married in the sand. I really don't want to hem my dress. I bought this wonderful Vera Wang at a sample sale and I think it looks perfect as is. I am super confused with what to wear on the beach.

I plan on going barefoot, then putting some low heels/flats on. I love heels - but I really want the barefoot thing for the caremony - so I had my dress hemmed at barefoot height.

But what about wedge shoes - more stability than a heel, and still gives the height?
