hmm..still can't see it...oh well, here it is again, just in case.
I was just saying that I agree with Nat that it is very easy for life to get in the way. The difference between me now and when I was in comp mode was I was making the time to do mass cookings a week in advance and pre-packing my meals so that they were on the ready. The times when I cheated were the times that I didn't have this in place. So, I think for me, it will have to be a way of life.
I just got my meal plan for my off-season. I will share it with you guys because I believe that it is pretty balanced and okay to eat on a regular basis. It is tailored to me and my 5 days/week workout schedule, but just take from it what you may. It also has a really good oatmeal pancake recipe (yummmmy! )
