Erica- As a flight attendant I would have been SOOOOO rude to her and told her that as a responsible adult she should have taken the time to read up on what is going to be going in with the baby on the airplane and unless that damn baby can give me the lotto numbers tommorrow its not a psychic its just annoying. Then I would have told her to go sit down and stay calm! Cause that is the kind of crappy service that I give on my airplanes- anyone want to go and fly Jetblue with me anytime soon? lol

Krista- i am anxiously awaiting to find out how your latest rounds of tests went. Hoping it all went well!

Hope everyone had a great weekend... we did a TON of home renovations and still have more to do tonight!

Timberly-- I miss you! How was your daughters Birthday?

Krista-- Are you getting nervous and excited yet? Are you doing the legal thing all in mexico or getting married stateside and going down?

Hi beauties..

Brookie, I miss you to XOXO. Her bday was a blast!! I put some pics on facebook. THose Chapin girls know how to partaay. We are on cloud nine. Her school ranked on the Forbes list of top 20 prep schools in America!! The Chapin school is number 11..woot woot! She is smart as a whip and we are very proud of the munchkin.

I am thinking of going to Jamaica with her at the end of school to celebrate her first awesome year of school.

Sabrina, I can definitely relate about not having family and real friends around going through your pregnancy. I was in Georgia and my family was in NY. His family was there, but it was no real consolation because there is nothing like your own family around you during this special time. Hopefully your family will make their way to you soon. Until then....sisterly hugs with this message :)

Hey guys - so good and bad news. Friday morning around 2:30 am I woke up in pain. I thought if I just chill out it will pass - well it didn't. Around 6am I made Glenn take me to the hospital. Well we got home yesterday around 11 and I am no longer pregnant. Bad news, but good news - it was ectopic and we found it early. We almost had to do surgery, so more good news they had a drug they could give me instead. I have never been in so much pain before - they think it ruptured, but still stayed contained - they said I was very lucky because some women die from this. I think the number is 2% of all pregnancies are ectopic so I plan to head out and buy a lotto ticket!! We're actually in good spirits about it all - I mean we've had quite some time to work throught it and we know we can get pregnant so when the time is right we will try again. The Gyno that I finally got to see it pretty well known and I have to go see him on Tuesday so when I'm there I'm going to ask him if he'll see me when we get pregnant again. He said I will have to be seen early next time because my numbers increase to 10%.

I hope you all are doing well.

Brooke - saw your pics of the wall and it's adorable!!

Krista- Thank god they caught that early and that you were on top of it. What a scary thing to go through. Most people only get 1 ultrasound that thier insurance will cover, but because of this when you do get pregnant they will be giving you a lot of them. I am still mad about the only 1 ultrasound through the whole pregnancy situation!

Timberly- Yea for having a smart lil cookie on your hands- Jamaica sounds great! When is your trip to Vegas again?

Tricia- How is married life? Is your practice keeping you busy?

Krista- Sorry to hear that. sad.gif I'm glad to hear that everything is ok and glad that they caught it early! You're right...you did get pregnant quick so it's great to know that it's possible!

Brooke- Married life is great! The past week I have been so busy with work and a baby shower that I hosted last weekend so glad that life is back to normal this week! Nothing too exciting. Girls night tonight to go see Sex and the City! :)

Hey girls! It's a holiday today in Canada but I am at work thanks to you Americans! lol I work in the financial industry and the Dow is open so I have to be here in case anyone wants to place a trade. Sucks, because it is 30 degrees outside. Oh well...

Krista- I am sorry you had to go through all that. I think you have a fantastic out look on it and a very supportive husband. I am so happy that you were able to seek medical attention right away and are ok. Scary thing to experience. grouphug.gif Group hug!

Erica- funny story!! I think you and your husband have good plans. No need to rush if you are going to have a big move in your near future. Depending on your urgency though I wouldn't put it off for too long. Start trying again in a couple months because it could take a long time to get pregnant. We are in our fourth month already. I know you are sad to be leaving China but you are going to be so thankful to be near your family when you do get pregnant. My situation is similar to Sabrina. My family is all in BC and I am all the way on the other side of the country. I get to see them only once or twice a year. It's going to be hard once we have kids...

Brooke- your condo is coming together nicely. I like the mural! Did you have a stencil or was that free hand? Good job!

Timberly- can I be your daughter? I promise I'll get good grades if you take me to Jamaica. woot2.gif

I finally uploaded our slideshow to our site. I warn you there are 325 pictures and if you let the show run it's about 25min. long. Go to marzyk.com and click on professional photos.

Is it 4pm yet? girl_werewolf.gif

Krista, I am so sorry to hear about your loss. When you shared your symptoms everything screamed ectopic to me as I had the same symptoms, but I prayed for you and help positive thoughts for you and your family like you were my family member!! I really love your outlook on the situation. There is hope after an ectopic! I had laproscopic (spelling) surgery and they took a part of my left tube due to the rupture, but my daughter is proof that after the loss you can have a successful pregnancy!! Stay positive and know that we all love you! XOXO

Brooke-It was supposed to be in July, I am not sure if I will still go. I have to organize that now, I will get back to you with those date. Thanks! I am off to find your mural pics now.

Tricia, glad to hear that practice is going good. How did it go with the consultant? You didn't have to stuff her in a closet to get some peace did you? lol

Ladies, I hope you have a great week to come

July is fast approaching :)))) Less than 50 days YAY!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
