Lisa - I know exactly what you mean! I've been a WW pro at the same time I gained back the 75 lbs I lost! lol

I'm very excited about this though. The FI and I went to buy some groceries and were shocked that when we actually looked at what we bought, it was all so freakin' healthy!

Lisa..have you ever tried Crystal Light?? I love it!! And through WW it was always zero points, so Im sure it would be fine with this diet. It gets you the water intake without added calories. And as for protein shakes, I dont drink them. Not that they taste bad, but my stomach cant digest them.

Lisa- I was also going to suggest the Crystal Light packets. I get the individual serving ones, that you put in a bottle of water. I have like 5 different flavors and I drink those. Sometimes I just use half a packet and then its not as sweet but still gives my water some flavor. They are only a few calories. Here is the Nutritional facts:

Calories 5 (10 if you use the whole packet)

Fat 0

Sodium 0

Carbs 0

Sugars 0

Protein 0

But I still drink my Coke Zero like once a day. So that is probably bad but I use to drink like 5 cans of Mt Dew a day and I don't drink that anymore so I figure I am doing really well compared to my old habits!

Thanks girls for the info about Crystal Light. I guess I will have to pick some up.

Steph - 5 Mt Dew a day?!? yikes! lol If I drink pop, it's never more than 1 per day and only on the weekends. With Pepsi, I can literally feel my teeth rotting off! lol

Okay, so I have a question for you ladies. Before I even started this my weight would jump around pretty bad from any given day. When I say this I mean i could weigh myself in the morning and it would say xxx and then the next morning it would be 3 pounds higher and then the next it would be 4 pounds less. Has anyone else had issues like this?

Not to worry, this happens to most of us. It all depends on what you eat that day, what you drink, blah blah. On my first weigh-in day on this diet after the first week, I weighed myself at night (I was away for the weekend) when I got home. UGH, I gained weight from when I weighed myself earlier in the week. I was so upset and didn't want to continue anymore. Anyway, FI calmed me down and I weighed myself in the morning, which I was 3 lbs less for a total of 5.3 lbs lost in the first week. So don't freak out - especially being women and depending on what time of month it is, our weight fluctuates all the time! Just try and weigh yourself at the same time of day everytime and all will be good! cheesy.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
