      Lisa...you can definitely do it! Setting a realistic goal is a great idea! Slow and steady is the way to go, that way it'll stay off!

        Hey girls! How is everyone doing??

        Tomorrow is weigh in for me and I was out at restaurants with client all week. I lost 2.5 pounds last week being so good. I hope I at least maintain.

        3 1/2 months til I get married !!!!!!!!!

              I have cut down to eating under 1500 calories a day and been trying to eat every 2-4 hours. I have cut out pop and sweets, and I haven't noticed a hug difference yet. I am going to give this a shot, hopefully I have enough points. Are you exercising with this diet? I know I need to add this to my diet plan but I just have no time/motivation. Even though I know wanting to be beautiful for my pictures should be enough motivation. I just get tired when I think about doing it.

                  In the past year (since the picture below_ I've gained 30 lbs!!!!! so I really need to get working on loosing some of this weight...

                    I am seriously considering trying this but I know how hard it is to try to do a low carb diet! I know it's mostly just the first week but I have tried South Beach in the past and HATED it because of the low carb/no carb days. I find it very hard but did have great results. Are any of you who have been doing this for a long time also carb lovers?? Also, has anyone done this consistently for a long period of time and if so, what type of results did you have?

                      When I was following to a T, I lost 20 lbs in 2 months, mind you, I have a lot of weight to lose. I am a carb lover too and at first found it hard, but with the cheat day, it allows you to eat whatever you want, which I really liked. I'm struggling right now only because I'm being a dork about all this.
