Today I am challenging you to replace at least 1 sweetened drink with water. If you are already a water-only gal, then I challenge you to drink an extra glass today!

Tip: I recently got a box of mini-freezies. 10 cals a peice, and they are great at satisfying cravings! Even if I eat 2 or 3, I'm still looking at less calories than a regular popsicle!
Love the water idea! Will substitute for my glass of wine tonight!

Today is going to be FIBER DAY! woohoo! lol
Aim to get the RDA 25g of fiber today. Here are some of my favorite fiber-rich foods:
Fiber One Bars
Quaker Oats High Fiber Oatmeal
Corn on the Cob

Did you know fiber is not digestable and therefore does not pass through our bloodstream as calories?
Fiber has been shown to help regulate digestion, lower the risk of heart disease, and also help you feel fuller- which is a plus when you are dieting.

My first fiber item of the day is my High Fiber oatmeal with light butter...it is SO filling and has 10 grams of fiber. That's almost half of what I need for the day!
