    Hi girls! I think we all need a little motivation on here since the biggest loser challenge is on hold indefinitely. So I am going to post (or you all can post if you beat me to it) a small daily challenge to help us with our weight loss goals.

    Today I am challenging you to replace at least 1 sweetened drink with water. If you are already a water-only gal, then I challenge you to drink an extra glass today!

      Great Idea! I am an h-2-0 gal, but i could always add an extra glass. I often find that what i think is hunger is often thirst.

        Im in. I drink iced tea with slenda like it is going out of style but water,.....not so much. I accept your challange

            I'm in!! I just realized I'm 99 days til my wedding day and I'm panicking because I tired on a pair of pants this morning and they were tighter than usual! AHHHHH!!! I'm a huge fan of food, so my weight loss plans have not been going very well!
            Tip: I recently got a box of mini-freezies. 10 cals a peice, and they are great at satisfying cravings! Even if I eat 2 or 3, I'm still looking at less calories than a regular popsicle! :)
            Love the water idea! Will substitute for my glass of wine tonight!

              Glad you all are committing to today's challenge!

              I went ahead and got mine out of the way and had water with my breakfast instead of the usual soda or tea when I am being "bad"

                  How did you all do on your challenge yesterday? I had 32 oz of water and 32 oz of Crystal Light- no tea or soda!!

                  Today is going to be FIBER DAY! woohoo! lol

                  Aim to get the RDA 25g of fiber today. Here are some of my favorite fiber-rich foods:

                  Fiber One Bars
                  Quaker Oats High Fiber Oatmeal
                  Pinto Beans
                  Raspberries
                  Pears
                  Apples
                  Whole-wheat Spaghetti
                  Popcorn
                  Corn on the Cob


                  What are your favorite high-fiber foods?

                  Did you know fiber is not digestable and therefore does not pass through our bloodstream as calories?

                  Fiber has been shown to help regulate digestion, lower the risk of heart disease, and also help you feel fuller- which is a plus when you are dieting.

                  Have a fantastic fiber-filled day y'all!!

                  My first fiber item of the day is my High Fiber oatmeal with light butter...it is SO filling and has 10 grams of fiber. That's almost half of what I need for the day!

                    this is a great thread, I will join you after my vacation in less then 2 weeks. Thats when I am going to concentrate on losing the weight and getting in shape for the wedding!!
