Anny - No one has requested food yet so I'm actually hoping I don't need to feed anyone!
Well Kash you asked about pizza and I just went and looked at all the restaurants listed on www.loscabosguide.com
Trust me I don't like pizza all that much LOL, it does seem like I know about it though....lol.
Just helping a friend.

Interesting... did you have an outside coordinator as well (I can't remember) or just Claudia?

I guess I will just ask Maye (since all my vendors come through her) and maybe people will say the same.

Kash- have you asked the hotel WC? I thought of this totally last minute like the day before the wedding and Mariana already knew which of my vendors brought their own food, who would want something (or expect it) and who wouldn't. She said Marci & Enrique usually bring something of their own, and Juan Carlos sometimes wants something, sometimes not. She said she'd take care of it- no worries. Just ask!

Technically, I am only feeding the photographers. They request to sit amongst the guests instead of a vendor table to make sure they catch everything. Since there is a per chair charge I can't get around that.

The dj, WC (outside) are on there own. I would also plan on at least 2/15 min breaks of 1/30min break for dinner and such. That's customary and is usually included in the time they have been contracted for.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
