    Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have a source for colourful paper parasols and hand fans? All the websites that I have found are US and the duty would be outrageous.

You could try weddingstar.ca I know they had fans, but not sure about parasols. I think there are some on Oriental Trading as well that were reasonalby priced ( I know it is USD there, but with the exchange being so good now and shipping not bad...).

I found some more cheap mugs on Custom T-shirts, Personalized Mugs Pens Bags USB, T-shirts Toronto

        TP -14 $3.14 each for 50
        ST14 $3.35 each for 50
        4000 cafe $2.82 for 50

We ended up ordering the ST14 ones! It was so much cheaper than discountmugs. Thanks again Meghan for sharing!!!

Now to find the actual tote bags.....

I'm finally done!!! I've added a pack of fresh mint Tic Tac's to each bag. I'm buying the actual bags (to put the stuff in) once we get there, for that authentic touch, and an added bonus, I don't have to pack it... he he he

Thanks!! It sure feels good to get this out of the way. I managed to get them all in a carry-on sized luggage. My sister said she would take it down for me and bring the empty suitcase back. Now I just have to photocopy the receipts & bring the originals with me.

I am bringing a ton of stuff down to Cabo and I was wondering if anyone has heard of anyone having problems getting OOT bag stuff into Mexico. I understand that there is a $300 limit and that we should bring receipts. I was planning on splitting everything between 5 people. Is it safe to photocopy the receipt give a copy to each person who is bringing stuff down??
This is a great thread for us Canadian girls!

I would think your plan is fine...that is what i am doing and making sure that the people carrying this stuff are on the same flight we are. That way if they have a problem with the photocopies, customs can find me and I will have the originals. I hope we are all worrying about this far more than we need to!
