Is Stress the Culprit?

Do any of you ladies find that stress, either conscious or subconscious causes you to make poor eating choices or am I totally nuts? lol

Sylvia - I hear you!! Since I fell off the wagon around late Nov early Dec (Christmas laziness) I've gained about 4 lbs, It's not a huge gain but it's enough to make me feel really bad at self-sabotaging. I should be above this. It took me an entire year just to lose 20 lbs and I am not really interested in putting it back on and yet somehow I just can't help myself lately!

So now that my Wedding is less then 6 months away, I started a workout/Diet thing on my own. The problem is, During the week, at work, I eat fabulous. I get up early, d my workout DVD's and I am so busy at work I only eat what I am suppose to and sometimes less. When i come home, it's late so i have a Salad and I'm good to go.
But When the weekend rolls around, I get back to doing Wedding stuff and it's really hard to stay on track. This morning I made Chocolate Chip pancakes...Did i need to make Pancakes, Let alone CHOCOLATE chip? LOL..No...But I cant help myself :-(
So your not in this alone, but it does stink :-(
