    Hi!

Just wondering if anyone from this site has used Photo Souvenir?? Their work on their website looks great! Specifically, I'm just wondering how easy it was to book with them (are they super busy?) and how you would rate ease of communication (regarding booking, deposits, etc) and your satisfaction!

Any feedback at all would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks so much in advance!!!

    -Sunny!

If you scan through the DR threads on here - you will find numerous threads and posts about Photo Souvenir from several brides who have used them. I don't recall any being unsatisfied, but be sure to scan the DR thread or use the search options. Good Luck!

I used them and loved them. I had Severine as my photographer and she was extremely easy to work with. Best decision i ever made! highly recommend them. the only time they were a little slow to respond to my emails was during wedding season. they would get back to me but it would take a few extra days then. but it really wasnt a big deal at all. I think all vendors are extremely swamped during that time.

I just booked with them today!! I am very excited, their work looks amazing! And their prices are very reasonable to me.
Severine has been quick to respond to my emails and helpful in answering my questions. To book, I had to email them a completed booking form. Their form indicates that they require a 25% deposit, payable through Paypal, although Severine said that she'll let me know when I can put down the deposit because they have monthly paypal limits. This made me a bit nervous, but Severine assured me that my date and time are reserved.

I'm registered at another forum called debbie's travel and read awesome reviews from brides that used them. They have a good reputation. Go for it!

I am booked with them as well, and have not had to put my deposit down yet either...which is fine by me :) I checked with her several times to make sure I was on the calendar, so you should be fine. I am looking forward to using them as well.

We used Photo Souvenir and were VERY VERY happy with them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fran was our photographer and most of the communication beforehand was through Severine. Communication over email was quick and easy. Fran was excellent to work with. Guests at the wedding (before even seeing the photos) commented on how helpful and professional he was. We were relaxed and had fun taking pictures and he helped create that vibe...the photography was a highlight of the day.

The photos are absolutely stunning. We ordered the elite matted album (upgrade) and it was a fantastic choice. If you are still in Punta Cana a week after the wedding, they will bring the album to you at the resort. When you get home, people will want to see pics, and the album was done beautifully, professionally, and quickly. Friends, family, and coworkers were in awe, thought the pics were amazing.

Many of my friends are not ordering albums because they figure they'll put one together on their own, but it takes time and money and they don't get around to it. My sister now says she wishes she had just ordered an album at the time of the wedding.

Photo Souvenir will work with you on putting together a package with the features you want - you don't have to stick to the packages on their website (I think their website even states that). Prices were reasonable. Email them and set it up!
