Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred

    I just started back on the Shred 

    I am on day three of level one and plan to stick with it for all 30 days this time the rotate between the three levels and the two other DVDs that came in the set

      Any success from those that have been doing this for at least a month?? Would love to hear how it went :)

        I have been doing it all summer. I don't do it every day, maybe 3-4 times a week. Between that and really watching what I eat I went from a size 4 to a 2 since May. My abs are pretty flat now and I have a lot more muscle. I didn't really lose more than 3-4 lbs, but I think that's cause I was building muscle instead.

         

        if you can stick with it and eat really well you'll definitely see results!

          going on vacation put a stop to my shredding days.. I really need to get started again!

                I love the shred but I just found Jillians Yoga meltdown this week (on demand) and it is pretty amazing too! It's nice to have something to switch it up a bit.

                  I did shred on Tuesday and he "boost metabolism, melt fat" on last night. It seemed really easy after doing the shred. I really wanna try the kettle bell one, but I don't own a kettle bell :-(

                    I did her No More trouble Zones on Monday and it was ridic! I am still sore from it...granted I have worked out every day since, but still!!!!
