    V- you will def see a difference... even though you are like a twig! you do not need to lose a pound!


    I just got up and did Jillians Fat Boosting Metabolism. I usually work out at night but I feel better doing it now instead of 1am when I get home from work!

      today will be day #4 for me....my legs don't hurt as much as they did a couple days ago....still finding it hard to make it through the workout, but I'm confident that with time it'll get better!

        After reading through this thread I decided to buy the dvd and give it a whirl. I usually don't like the at home workouts becuase I get unmotivated and lazy, but I figured since it was only 20 minutes I would be more likely to stick to it.

        Just went through level 1 for the first time today! Jillian def doesn't give you a second to breathe, but I like her intensity. I've never been a big girl, but I have definitly let myself go in the past 6 months.

        Does anyone know if this dvd will really get you the results you're looking for? I was thinking maybe it would a good way to me motivated, back on track, and like a quick boot camp type thing.

        What else are you ladies doing to stay fit? I've never really dieted or followed a certain workout plan before and I'm feeling a little overwhelmed.

          I just did level 2 for the first time. I finished it but it was HARD!! Probably didn't help that my arms and abs were sore from bootcamp yesterday. I haven't lost any weight but at least I can finish the workout and I feel good (aside from the muscle aches) afterward.

              Do you like Jillian's other videos? Which ones do you think are the best? I have the 30 day shred, but get bored of it quickly. Is the fat boosting metab. one good?

                I had some tightness in the abs and arms the day after level 2. Was going to do it today but FI wants to go to the Greenway and walk (its about 5.5mi, so I'm not going to do shred before hand.

                  I did level 2 for 2 days and my abs felt kinda of tight. I went back to level 1 today because I increased my weights and I had only done level 1 for 7 days before I went up but I plan to go back to level 2 tomorrow.

                    I started back at the Shred last night...I'm hoping I can keep the momentum going this time!!

                      I've not been able to do this since Thursday due to a horrible cold!!! I can't believe just a few days in and now this! I'm hoping to get back to it as soon as I feel better....i just hope the first day isn't going to be as bad as the initial first day! lol
